In recent years,with the rapid development of economy,the tourism industry has developed rapidly in full swing.The rapid development in a short period of time leads to a large gap of tourism talents,which also requires major tourism colleges and universities to optimize the teaching quality,train high-quality tourism talents,and promote the healthy and sustainable development of tourism industry.In order to further optimize the teaching quality of major tourism colleges and universities,training the talents that the industry really needs.This paper takes undergraduate students majoring in tourism management as the research object to explore the relationship among teacher-student interaction,self-efficacy and learning behavior.On the basis of collation and analysis of a large number of relevant literature,this study explores the relationship among teacher-student interaction,self-efficacy and learning behavior based on Rister’s teacher-student interaction theory,Bandura’s self-efficacy theory and Ryan’s self-determination theory.This study constructs a research model and hypotheses among teacher-student interaction,self-efficacy and learning behavior.This study formulated the questionnaire "The Relationship between Interaction Self-efficacy and Learning Behavior of undergraduate students in Tourism Management",and used questionnaire survey method and data analysis method to analyze the data of 661 valid questionnaires collected.This study comprehensively applied a variety of research methods,analyzed the collected data with the help of SPSS22.0 and AMOS21.0,tested the research hypothesis,and finally drew the conclusion.The conclusions are as follows :(1)Each dimension of teacher-student interaction is positively correlated with self-efficacy.(2)Each dimension of teacher-student interaction is positively correlated with each dimension of learning behavior,and communication is positively correlated with in-class and out-of-class behavior.There is no significant positive correlation between behavior guidance and in-class behavior;Thought identity is positively correlated with in-class learning behavior,but not with extracurricular behavior.There is a significant positive correlation between teacher-student emotion and in-class learning behavior,but not with extracurricular learning behavior.There is a significant positive correlation between in-class learning behavior and extracurricular learning behavior and teacher-student interaction.(3)There is a significant positive correlation between self-efficacy and learning behavior,in-class behavior and out-of-class behavior.(4)Self-efficacy plays a mediating role between teacher-student interaction and learning behavior,which has a certain mediating effect.Based on the conclusion of this study,the author puts forward four suggestions for the curriculum reform of tourism management major :(1)strengthen the interaction between teachers and students in the curriculum setting.(2)Strengthen students’ sense of self-efficacy in the course of teaching.(3)In the learning process,stimulate students’ learning behavior investment.(4)Create a harmonious and relaxed classroom atmosphere.Finally,combined with the actual situation of the research,this paper puts forward the shortcomings and prospects of this research.
