The high-quality development of the tourism industry urgently needs professionals in tourism management.Therefore,the Ministry of Education of my country has paid more and more attention to the cultivation of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.In recent years,the emergence of deep learning in the field of education has provided new ideas for the training of tourism management professionals.Deep learning refers to the deep processing of the cognitive processing level in the brain during the learning process,the process of constructing the meaning of newly learned knowledge,making decisions and solving practical problems.In today's high-speed iterative update and development of knowledge,deep learning can cultivate people with problem awareness and high-order thinking ability,which meets the real needs of the tourism industry.Therefore,it is very important to improve the in-depth learning level of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.By analyzing the factors that affect the deep learning of tourism management undergraduates,the thesis proposes strategies to improve the level of deep learning.The research results can not only enrich and develop the relevant theories about the deep learning of tourism management undergraduates,but also promote the development of tourism management undergraduates.It has certain practical significance to improve the teaching quality of tourism management major.The dissertation selects the undergraduates majoring in tourism management as the research object,adopts literature research method,questionnaire survey method and statistical analysis method and other research methods.First of all,through the bibliometric analysis tool VOSviewer to obtain the relevant literature for carding and analysis.Then,based on the constructivism theory,ternary interaction theory and student participation theory,and referring to the classical scales at home and abroad,a scale is developed which accords with the deep learning of undergraduates majoring in tourism management and its influencing factors.Finally,the questionnaire method is used to collect the questionnaire,deal with the data,and statistical analysis is carried out through SPSS25.0.The conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the deep learning of undergraduates majoring in tourism management is at an upper-middle level.Secondly,the gender of tourism management undergraduates has significant differences in the dimension of in-depth learning investment;the level of in-depth learning investment in the freshman year is higher than that of other grades,and the higher the grade of tourism management undergraduates,the lower the level of in-depth learning investment;In the dimension of in-depth learning investment,students who serve as student cadres show higher significant differences than those who do not serve as student cadres;the higher the educational level of parents,the higher the level of in-depth learning investment of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Thirdly,self-efficacy,learning interest,and learning satisfaction have a significant positive impact on deep learning as a whole in the personal dimension of students,and are the most important influencing factors;There is a significant positive impact on the dimension,and there is no significant difference between teacher support and classroom atmosphere.Based on the theoretical basis and the above empirical research results,the thesis proposes the following strategies from the perspectives of students and teachers in view of the dimensions of students' personal and learning environment: first,take students as the main body,and consciously cultivate students' deep learning ability;Teacher-led,actively create a harmonious learning environment.The innovation of the thesis is to find out the influencing factors of the deep learning of tourism management undergraduates with quantitative research methods,and build a theoretical model of the deep learning of tourism management undergraduates and its influencing factors,which makes up for the shortcomings of previous empirical research to a certain extent.The research results can provide reference for future tourism education reform and tourism professional personnel training.
