China's tourism industry is from high-speed development to high-quality development in the transition. In order to achieve high-quality tourism and promote the development of tourism, cultivating innovative and high-quality tourism talents has become the core goal of colleges and universities. However,in the face of the strong social demand of high-quality professional talents in the tourism industry,a large number of college tourism students have low professional awareness, lack of interest and motivation in learning, and poor learning behavior, and so on.It leads to insufficient professional knowledge and ability, which can not meet the urgent demand for professional talents in the tourism industry, thus restricting the development of high-quality tourism.Based on this, the thesis focuses on the undergraduate students majoring in tourism management. In order to provide feasible guidance and suggestions for optimizing college students' learning behavior, this paper studies the influence of professional cognition on college students' learning behavior from the point of view of professional cognition.Based on Bruner's cognitive discovery theory,Osubel's cognitive assimilation theory and Bandura's self-efficacy theory, the thesis arranges the relevant literature of professional cognition and learning behavior through text analysis. To construct the dimension of professional cognition and learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management, and to compile the scale of professional cognition and learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Questionnaire and statistical analysis were used to explore the relationship between professional cognition and learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Through the research, the paper draws the following conclusions:First, the "Professional Cognition" scale of undergraduates majoring in tourism management can be divided into five dimensions:training goal, training model, expectation of learning ability, professional emotion and expectation of employment, with a total of 28 items."Learning behavior" scale can be divided into classroom learning behavior and extracurricular learning behavior two dimensions,a total of 10 items.According to the questionnaire of 38 items, the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are good, which can be used as a tool to measure the influence of professional cognition on learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management.Second, the average scores of the five dimensions of professional cognition and the two dimensions of learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management are only slightly higher than the median score, which indicates that the degree of professional cognition of undergraduates majoring in tourism management is not very high.Learning behavior is not very positive.Thirdly, the differences of individual characteristic variables of undergraduates majoring in tourism management are analyzed. The results show that there is no significant difference between "gender" and "birthplace" variables in professional counition and learning behavior. There was significant dif'ference between "grade"and "vountary choice" variables, and the cognition and learning behavior of "senior grade, indepndent choice major students" were better than those of lower grade.Specifically, grade has significant difference in training goal, training mode, classroom learning behavior and extracurricular learning behavior, but there is no significant difference in learning ability expectation, professional emotion and employment expectation;Voluntary selection in training There are significant differences in goal, professional emotion, classroom learning behavior and extracurricular learning behavior, but there is no significant difference in training mode, learning ability expectation and employment expectation.Fourth, the undergraduates of tourism management are divided into high and low groups according to the extreme value method, and the independent sample T test is carried out.The results show that the study behavior of the college students with high professional cognitive level is superior to those of the lower professional cognitive level.Fifthly,on the basis of controlling grade and voluntary choice variables, this paper analyzes the professional cognition and learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management by multiple linear regression. The results show that the five dimensions of professional cognition have significant positive effects on the two dimensions of learning behavior. For the influence of classroom learning behavior from large to small order for learning ability expectations, training goals, professional feelings, employment expectations and training models,;The influence of extracurricular learning behavior is ranked from large to small for learning ability expectation, employment expectation, professional emotion, training goal and training mode.Among them. Finally, according to the empirical conclusions of tourism management undergraduates' professional cognition affecting learning behavior, this study puts forward the following suggestions:(1)for tourism management undergraduates of different grades and voluntary choice, they should adopt targeted professional cognitive education.Especially pay attention to the psychological state of volunteer students.(2)refine the training objectives of tourism management specialty, guide students to carry out reasonable and comprehensive learning planning.(3)optimize the training mode of tourism management specialty.Provide students with personalized learning services.(4)cultivate students to form positive self-learning ability expectations, and carry out correct self-ability assessment and positioning.(5)cultivate students to form positive self-learning ability expectations.(5)cultivate students.Carry on the positive emotion cognition to the tourism management specialty, raise the student's professional employment expectation. On the one hand, based on the relevant theory, the relationship between professional cognition and learning behavior is deeply studied, which is innovative in the perspective of research. On the other hand,a professional cognition scale for undergraduate students majoring in tourism management is developed, which has good reliability and validity, and the interference of grade and voluntary choice is excluded when studying the influence of professional cognition on learning behavior.Make the empirical conclusion more scientific, will enrich the professional cognitive theory research.
