Effective learning behavior is a kind of inquiry-based,subjective and research-oriented learning behavior compared with ineffective and inefficient learning.In recent years,the research on effective learning has gradually received wide attention from scholars.It mainly focuses on the subject education in primary and secondary schools and secondary vocational education.The research on the effective learning behavior of undergraduates is less,and the research on the effective learning behavior of undergraduates majoring in tourism management is even less.Based on this,this study tourism management undergraduate students as the research object,through the literature review from learning motivation,learning,learning behavior,environmental impact,etc to build tourism management undergraduate students effective learning behavior influence factor evaluation system,using the method of questionnaire,the entropy weight and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method on various factors influencing the development level evaluation,establish the effectiveness of the corresponding indicators.This paper is mainly divided into five parts,the first part is the introduction,including the topic selection background,research significance,research status,research content and methods,as well as research difficulties and innovative points;The second part is the definition of learning behavior and effective learning behavior,as well as the elaboration of relevant theories.The third part is the construction of effective learning behavior evaluation system for undergraduates majoring in tourism management.The fourth part is the evaluation process and result analysis of the evaluation system,and puts forward the corresponding Suggestions for the existing problems.The fifth part is the conclusion and deficiency of this paper.The results showed that,in terms of the subjective factors of students,the scores of such indicators as curriculum input(74.1),emotional input(77.5),self-study behavior(78.3),classroom behavior(78.4)and learning motivation(79.4)were relatively low.Continue to analysis course in motivation(75.4)(72.8),learning strategies,emotional engagement in professional identity(78.2),(77.0),professional satisfaction degree of self-study in the work to(76.6)(77.8),and learning inclassroom interaction and the learning motivation of learning interest(76.7)is generally not high,is the important factors that affect students' effective learning behavior.In terms of object factors,the score of family environment(76.7)was relatively low,while that of school environment(84.8)and social environment(80.8)was relatively high.To some extent,the family environment affects the students' effective learning behavior.According to the research results,the corresponding Suggestions and countermeasures are put forward.In terms of students' main body,the first is to stimulate students' learning motivation by improving their interest in learning and desire for knowledge.The second is to increase students' emotional involvement in learning by improving their sense of professional identity and professional satisfaction.Thirdly,by improving students' learning enthusiasm and helping them to find scientific and effective learning methods,students can improve their course involvement.Fourth,increase the interaction and communication with students in classroom learning,attract students' attention through humorous teaching,so as to enhance the effectiveness of students' classroom learning behavior;Fifth,the student should restrain the individual self-study behavior,enhances own study diligently the degree.In terms of object factors,it is necessary to improve the family environment for students to study and create a good atmosphere suitable for students to study.
