| With the popularization of higher education,the quality of higher education has aroused wide attention in academia and society.The quality assessment of higher education has shifted its focus from university reputation,faculty level and resource abundance to undergraduate study and development.Undergraduate learning effect is an important expression of undergraduate learning and development,and also the core content of higher education quality assessment.Among the factors that affect the learning effect of undergraduates,teacher-student interaction in the classroom is an extremely important factor.The classroom is the frontier of undergraduate education,and the teacher-student interaction is the key means to achieve the classroom teaching objectives.The quality of teacher-student interaction affects the learning effect of undergraduates and the quality of talent training.This study is based on the social interaction theory and constructivism theory,and it comprehensively uses the methods of literature analysis,classroom observation,questionnaire survey and interview survey to deeply analyze the reality of the teacher-student interaction and the learning effect of undergraduates in the university classroom and the internal relationship between them.The results show that:(1)the overall teacher-student interaction in the university classroom is at an above average level,but there are still some problems such as the presupposition of the interaction content,the singularity of the interaction subject and the formalization of the interaction mode.The scores of each dimension of teacher-student interaction in class from high to low are interaction dimension,interaction breadth,interaction depth and interaction frequency,and there are significant differences in interaction dimension of undergraduates of different genders and grades,and there are significant differences in interaction frequency of different major categories,grades,academic performance and whether they are student cadres.(2)The overall learning effect of undergraduates is good,and the scores of each latitude from high to low are humanistic literacy,comprehensive ability,innovation consciousness,subject knowledge and international vision,and there are significant differences in subject knowledge among undergraduates with different gender,grade,academic performance,family background and whether they are student cadres.There are significant differences in humanistic literacy among undergraduates of different genders,major categories and whether they are student cadres.There are significant differences in innovative consciousness among undergraduates of different genders,academic records and whether they are student cadres.There are significant differences in international vision among undergraduates of different genders and whether they are student cadres.There are significant differences in the comprehensive ability of undergraduates with different gender,major category,grade,academic performance and whether they are student cadres.(3)Under the premise of controlling the background variables,the teacher-student interaction dimension only has a significant positive effect on the subject knowledge,humanistic literacy,innovation consciousness and comprehensive ability;Interaction breadth only has significant positive effects on subject knowledge,humanistic literacy and comprehensive ability.Interaction frequency has a significant positive influence on each dimension of undergraduate learning effect.Based on the results of empirical research,we should optimize the interaction between teachers and students in college classes to improve the learning effect of undergraduates from the following aspects:Firstly.on the interaction subject,we should clarify the role positioning and fulfill the role requirements;Secondly.in the way of interaction,we ought to abandon mechanical indoctrination and realize ideological dialogue;Thirdly.in terms of interaction,we could uphold the principle of equality and build a community of teachers and students;Fourthly.in the of interactive content,broaden the breadth of content and dynamic generation of meaning. |
