With the vigorous development of education in China,preschool education has attracted more and more attention.In order to alleviate the problems of school-age children’s "difficulty and high price" in preschool education,China has successively issued various policy documents,proposing and emphasizing positive measures to support "vigorously developing inclusive kindergartens" to meet the needs of more school-age children.As an important part of preschool education in China,inclusive private kindergartens are related to the high-quality development of preschool education in China,and the professional status of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens also affects the quality of inclusive preschool education,which needs the attention of researchers.However,in practice,the teachers of inclusive private kindergarten are rarely paid attention to,and problems such as living conditions,professional development and mental health are easily overlooked,especially in the aspect of occupational stress,which has become one of the reasons for the continuous flow of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.At present,there is a lack of research on teachers’ occupational stress and stress management in inclusive private kindergartens.Therefore,it is of practical significance to investigate teachers’ occupational stress management in inclusive private kindergartens,explore the source and management reality of occupational stress,analyze the problems and causes,and put forward targeted suggestions.Based on the existing research,this study comprehensively uses the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview to make an in-depth investigation on the current situation of occupational stress management of some inclusive private kindergarten teachers in Guizhou Province.The first part is the introduction.This study starts from five aspects:the reason of topic selection,the significance of research,the definition of related concepts,literature review,research ideas and methods.On the basis of combing the existing literature,the specific research content is defined.This paper summarizes the research origin of teachers’ occupational stress management in inclusive private kindergartens,focuses on the theoretical and practical significance of studying positive psychology combined with occupational stress management,sums up the relevant research status at home and abroad to lay the foundation for follow-up research,and introduces the ideas and methods of research.The second part is the theoretical basis of teachers’ occupational stress management.This study is based on the theoretical basis of positive psychology as the theoretical support of occupational stress management.In this part,the connotation and background of positive psychology theory are expounded,and the research topics such as positive emotional experience,personality traits and organizational system are expounded from subjective level,individual level and group level.At the same time,the relationship between positive psychology theory and teachers’ occupational stress management research is analyzed.The third part,the investigation of the current situation of teachers’ occupational stress management in inclusive private kindergartens.In this study,questionnaire,interview and literature were used to make an indepth investigation from five aspects: teachers’ occupational stressors,occupational stress management subjects,occupational stress management contents,occupational stress management methods and occupational stress management effects.The fourth part,the problems and causes of teachers’ occupational stress management in inclusive private kindergartens.According to the survey data of the present situation,this study sums up the problems existing in the occupational stress management of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,such as weak management subject consciousness,single management mode,management deviating from the teacher center and poor management effect.From four aspects: teachers themselves,kindergartens,families and society,this paper analyzes the causes,and concludes that teachers’ low sense of professional achievement,weak emotional adjustment ability,negative psychological drive to escape,weak awareness of kindergarten occupational stress management,unreasonable management system,heavy workload of work arrangement,lack of family support and understanding,difficulties in home cooperation,outdated social concepts,negative publicity of public opinion,high moral expectations and other factors are the related reasons that affect the occupational stress management of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.The fifth part,based on positive psychology,is the occupational stress management strategy of inclusive private kindergarten teachers.According to the theory of positive psychology,combined with the concept of occupational stress management,on the basis of comprehensive analysis of the actual situation,the promotion strategy is put forward according to the attribution of problems.In order to cultivate the positive emotions of inclusive private kindergarten teachers,we should strengthen the positive emotional experience,learn the knowledge of stress management,control the emotions reasonably and actively adjust the emotions;Starting from shaping the positive personality of teachers in inclusive private kindergartens,we should strengthen teachers’ sense of self-efficacy,shape teachers’ optimistic personality characteristics and establish reasonable career expectations;Starting from the formation of a positive social organization system,we should create a good working atmosphere in kindergartens,create a harmonious family environment and build good social support. |
