The recruitment scale of the Special-Post Teachers is gradually expanded,and the Special-Post Teachers are constantly developing and expanding,gradually forming a new sub-group of teachers.They are assigned to rural primary and secondary schools for three years,after which they face new choices.Compared with ordinary teachers,their occupational stress have some particularities.Being under special pressure for a long time produce some negative effects,such as turnover intention.This will greatly affect the stability of the Special-Post Teachers and is not conducive to the development of rural compulsory education.In this study,309 the Special-Post Teachers were selected as subjects to explore the relationship between their occupational stress,resilience,and turnover intention,and to construct the relationship path.Occupational Stress Questionnaire for primary and secondary school teachers,Revision of the Connor-Davidson resilience scale in china and Turnover Intention Questionnaire were used for survey.SPSS 25.0 was used for descriptive statistics,independent sample T test,one-way analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis.The results show that:The average score of the Special-Post Teachers on occupational pressure is 3.10,on resilience is 3.41,and on turnover intention is 2.85.Occupational stress showed significant differences in age(F=3.78,p<0.05),years of teaching(F=5.98,p<0.01),whether to serve as head teacher or not(t=2.84,p<0.01).There were significant differences in resilience between males and females(t=2.10,p<0.05).Turnover intention showed significant difference in teaching years(F=3.48,p<0.05).There is a significant positive correlation between occupational stress and turnover intention(r=0.38,p<0.01).The occupational stress of the Special-post Teachers can positively predict the turnover intention(?=2.94,p<0.01);The resilience of the Special-post Teachers plays a negative moderating role between occupational stress and turnover intention(?=-0.63,p<0.05).It can be found that the occupational stress of the Special-post Teachers is at a moderate level,and the turnover intention is lower;the greater the occupational stress of the Special-post Teachers,the higher the turnover intention;the special post teachers have higher resilience.It plays a moderating role between occupational stress and turnover intention.To a certain extent,the results of this study enrich the research on the special post teachers and enriches the research on occupational pressure,turnover intention and resilience.But due to the insufficient number of subjects selected in this study,the regional differences are not obvious,and the common methodological biases that may arise from self-reporting,may affect the generality of the results.
