Organizational adaptation refers to the process in which new employees master new technologies,adjust their roles,establish friendly interpersonal relationships,and strive to adapt and integrate into the corporate culture and development philosophy after entering the new unit.The entry of new employees means the change of the working environment and the adaptation of the new environment,so it has become an important issue that the social work of enterprises must face.The existing research mainly analyzes organizational adaptation from the influence of external factors such as education level,training and working years,while the research on the influence of endogenous variables such as psychological resilience with social work characteristics on organizational adaptation of new employees is relatively insufficient.In view of this,this paper attempts to explore and analyze the impact of psychological resilience on the organizational adaptation of new employees,and put forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the organizational adaptation of new employees,so as to broaden and enrich the knowledge and theoretical basis of corporate social work practice.This paper takes the work of new employees of trade enterprises in N City of Zhejiang Province as the research object,mainly because N City,as a strong coastal trade city in the province,has a large number of trade enterprises,large competition,a large number of new employees every year,and a high turnover rate.It is a high incidence enterprise type where new employees are not adapted to the situation.The paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and qualitative interview.First,it conducts a questionnaire survey on the organizational adaptation of new employees.There are 222 valid questionnaires in total.On the basis of descriptive analysis,it uses regression analysis to quantify the impact of resilience on organizational adaptation.Secondly,we conducted semi-structured interviews with 13 new employees and 2 senior managers to deeply understand the significance of quantitative results and the mechanism of psychological resilience affecting organizational adaptation.Through the integration and summary of the analysis results,the following conclusions are drawn: First,improving the psychological resilience will promote the organizational adaptation of new employees.Perseverance and self-confidence,the two dimensions of psychological resilience,are significantly related to the three dimensions of organizational adaptation: role definition,job mastery and interpersonal relationship;The enhancement of psychological resilience can significantly promote the role definition of organizational adaptation and interpersonal relationship of new employees.2 、Psychological resilience further affects the organizational adaptation of new employees by influencing their ability to overcome difficulties and improve efficiency;Psychological resilience further affects the organizational adaptation of new employees by influencing their ability to gain trust and take responsibility;Psychological resilience further affects the organizational adaptation of new employees by influencing their ability to break the ice in the workplace and improve themselves.
