With the coming of the post-financial crisis,people's work and life are getting faster and faster.Digital age,the impact of the massive amounts of information,all kinds of temptation and choice,for career development and business prospects of doubt,the future of the uncertainty of the social development is expected,all this make the employee's psychological problem is more and more prominent.Especially the frontline positions of the worker,most of them because their livelihood problems,from remote rural or small cities to big cities,but due to reasons such as cultural level they be engaged in the work for general services in big cities.The nature of work tends to make them under some pressure from social discrimination,at the same time,their income is not high,but home most has the need to take care of the family,virtually also put more pressure on them,however,the progress of the society development can't leave these people pay,so in today's society pay more and more attention to their psychological pressure.At the same time,they will also enhance their resilience through some training,so that they can better cope with the pressure from the psychological and get better input into their work.Based on a property group company of tianjin as an example,through questionnaire and interview method to collect data,assess the needs of the service object,understand the psychological pressure source,type,and its art force levels.And analyze the reasons.It is found that the reasons for the low resilience of service objects are: social development,technological progress,excessive family burden and poor communication.Related in this paper,through interviews and the use of pressure,the property company employees of a project,select 10-12 psychological pressure of employees,the formation of supporting team,to work in groups of four,hope from four group activities to let them know their own pressure,know the source of stress,and form the corresponding compressive capacity,more calm in the face of pressure from society,work and family,improve the quality of life.By analyzing the practice of the team work,affirmed the supportive team building and team activities can largely reduce the psychological pressure of employees,at thesame time allow them to build a more powerful force of art,formed a kind of unpredictable stress prevention in the future,at the same time,it gives relevant enterprises to employees the way and method of improvement in my heart,will greatly improve the efficiency of enterprises...
