The Courier Class is an effective way to promote the balanced development of urban and rural education and to further solve the problem of teacher level difference.The teaching mode of the Courier Class is different from the traditional class.First,the students have changed in space.Second,add to the role of tutor in t the Courier Class.And some techniques are also involved in the teaching process,which makes the teaching process more complex than the traditional class.At present,there are many researchers in the traditional classroom teaching evaluation,but there is little research on the classroom teaching evaluation of the Courier Class.How to improve the classroom teaching evaluation in the new teaching mode,establishing the teaching evaluation system which adapts with it,make it in the new teaching mode in real play appraisal and encouragement and promotion,fundamentally solve the unbalanced development of urban and rural education,which is an urgent problem to be solved.Based on the above purpose,this paper constructs a teaching evaluation index system suitable for the special dedicated class model based on a certain theoretical basis.And the evaluation index system is applied to teaching practice.With observation,questionnaire and interview,to conduct comprehensive and pluralistic analysis and evaluation by an art class as an example,aim to promote the better development of the Courier Class.First,this study clarifies the background,the value,the main research methods and the general ideas of the research.Second,it summarizes the concept and present situation of the evaluation of class and classroom teaching,and summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad through the literature analysis.Third,analyze the other researchers' research on classroom teaching evaluation,based on the related theories,and combined with the characteristics of the Courier Class,to analyze and construct the classroom teaching evaluation index system of the Courier Class.Fourth,apply to the construction of the classroom teaching evaluation index system of the class mode of the Courier Class by following up the class for one semester and record about the class.According to the relevant theories,design the classroom observation tables,questionnaires and interview outlines.And evaluate the survey results comprehensively and scientifically according to the evaluation system.Fifth,according to the analysis results and interviews,to find the problems existing in the Courier Class,the paper puts forward some effective strategies to improve the quality of teaching aiming at the problems.Finally,we summarized and prospected this research.
