Physical education plays an important role in the physical and mental development of adolescents and children,but physical education teachers in our country tend to teach students about physical education knowledge and skills,and generally adopt indoctrination teaching,resulting in low interest in students and insignificant teaching effect.The reciprocal teaching style is the third teaching style in the teaching spectrum theory proposed by the American educator Muska Morston.The teaching style is carried out in the form of group cooperation and focuses on the interaction between students.The teaching style has been applied to various subjects abroad,and its teaching effect has also been verified.This study draws on the reciprocal teaching style and applies it to some teaching contents of physical education in junior middle schools in my country,in order to improve the teaching effect.This research attempts to apply the reciprocal teaching style to the physical education of junior high school,and selects 66 students from two classes in the seventh grade of the junior middle school affiliated to the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology as the experimental subjects.According to the reciprocal teaching style,the teaching design of some physical education teaching contents was carried out,and a four-week teaching intervention experiment was carried out for the traditional teaching class(20 males,13 females)and the reciprocal teaching class(18males,15 females).This paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment to explore the influence of reciprocal teaching method on the teaching effect of physical education in junior middle school.Analysis conclusion:1.The reciprocal teaching style can be integrated with some of the contents of the physical education classes in junior middle schools in my country.The reciprocal teaching style is in line with the teaching objectives of the new curriculum standard of physical education in my country’s compulsory education stage,and also in line with its concept of improving students’ subjectivity,social interaction ability,and learning interest.2.The reciprocal teaching style can effectively improve the learning effect of students’ motor skills.The reciprocal teaching style allows students to have more feedback on skill practice in the practice process in the form of partner cooperation,which makes up for the lack of teachers’ limited energy and limited classroom time,and gives full play to students’ independent learning and cooperative learning.good effect.3.Reciprocal teaching style can stimulate students’ interest in sports learning.The partner learning form in the reciprocal teaching style improves students’ interest in sports learning and reduces their negative learning emotions.A good sense of classroom acquisition and experience improves students’ classroom participation and further improves students’ sports participation.motivation.4.The reciprocal teaching style can promote the students’ affection and cooperation spirit.The "three-person relationship" of the reciprocal teaching style further promotes the effectiveness of communication between teachers and students and between students,enhances the relationship between students and between students and teachers,and improves students’ communication skills.Research recommendations:1.Promote the change of teachers’ concept to give full play to the role of students’ subjectivity.Physical education teachers need to change their traditional concepts,make a reasonable transformation of classroom roles,let students find their own value in independent learning and cooperative learning,correct their learning attitude,and enhance their learning self-confidence and enthusiasm for participation..2.Transform students’ learning forms to significantly improve the teaching efficiency of PE classrooms.In the teaching of reciprocal teaching style,the purpose of students’ communication and interaction is to help the practitioners correct mistakes in the practice session and provide them with positive and effective suggestions.This move makes up for the lack of teachers’ inability to give feedback to every student in the traditional teaching method,thereby further improving the teaching efficiency of the classroom.3.Make good use of teaching time to increase the frequency of students’ classroom practice.In the reciprocal teaching style,teachers can select various forms of auxiliary exercises for the main content of the course to arrange for students to practice in pairs.The frequency of students’ practice,so that the students’ motor skills have been consolidated and developed.Therefore,in teaching,teachers should reasonably arrange teaching content and teaching form,make full use of classroom teaching time,enhance students’ practice frequency and efficiency,and improve teaching effect.4.Improve the professional quality of teachers to change the traditional concept of teachers.Compared with the traditional teaching method,the reciprocal teaching method highlights the dominant position of students and activates the atmosphere of the classroom.This requires teachers to control the classroom organization and arrangement,and at the same time give students appropriate space to let students be the masters of physical education.Therefore,physical education teachers need to change their traditional concepts,strive to learn new knowledge,keep pace with the times,and improve their professional quality.
