In today’s society,talent competition is increasingly strengthened,making people’s requirements for talent more comprehensive.The cultivation of talents should start from childhood and school.Therefore,we should attach more importance to connected to the strict control of school education.With the improvement of people’s material living standard,the development of middle school student’s physical function has also been significantly improved than before,but there are still many problems that cannot be ignored.In the steel essential of the “Healthy China 2030” plan,it is pointed out that we should improve the physical quality of the whole people,especially the physical of young people.While middle school students are in the critical period of growth and development,the physiological and psychological level of teenagers are in a particularly important change and development.Due to the characteristics of aerobics,it is to keep walking,running and jumping to the body.It emphasizes the overall impact on the body,which can enhance the cardiopulmonary function of students.In the process of learning,it also needs to cooperate with music,which can solve the pressure and anxiety of teenagers in learning and life to a certain extent,so that students can get psychological relaxation,and strengthen students’ experience of their own body and beauty.Enhance students’ self-confidence,which can enhance their sense of selfefficacy.In this context,through the experimental research of Aerobics in middle school,this paper demonstrates the impact of aerobics on teenagers’ physical quality and selfefficacy,aerobics to improve youth physical quality and the role of self-efficacy,for the development of the aerobics and theoretical basis for popularization to add some experiments.Himself in the article used the literature material law,questionnaire survey method,experiment method and mathematical statistics research methods.In the experiment,80 students in grade one of Shanghai Wu middle school were randomly divided into the experimental group of aerobics and the control group of traditional physical education activities.The number of each group was 40,20 boys and 20 girls respectively.Before and after the experiment,the experimental group and the control group need to carry out the physical fitness test and fill in the self-efficacy scale.After the test,the experimental data are sorted,summarized and summarized,and the statistically analyzed.The research results are as follows:(1)The physical fitness indexes of the experimental group and the control were tested before and after the experiment.In the experimental group of Aerobics for 12 weeks,there were significant differences in the soft beginning quality,endurance quality and strength quality of teenagers.After 12 weeks of traditional physical education in the control group,there were significant differences in the endurance quality of teenagers and the strength quality of girls.(2)The scores of self-efficacy of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment were tested.After 12 weeks of aerobics,the scores of teenagers’ self-efficacy were significantly improved after the experiment,and there were significant differences between before and after the experiment.After 12 weeks of traditional physical education,there was no significant difference in the achievement of self-efficacy before and after the experiment.Research conclusions:(1)After the aerobics exercise,the physical fitness test scores of teenagers have been improved,indicating that it can promote the physical fitness of teenagers aged 13-15.Among them,the endurance quality of teenagers has been significantly improved,especially the flexibility quality and the strength quality of girls.(2)In the control group experiment,the physical fitness of teenagers before and after exercise showed a trend of improvement,but it was not significant.Among them,endurance quality and strength quality of girls have been improved obviously in traditional sports activities.(3)After aerobics practice,student’s self-efficacy has been significantly improved compared with the control group.Student have obtained a higher sense of achievement and self-confidence,have a more-straight body,their outlook on the development of things is more positive,and have a higher degree of self-affirmation.
