The physical health of young people has always been a hot topic in the society.The outline of "healthy China 2030" plan is to implement the youth sports promotion plan,cultivate the sports hobbies of young people,basically realize that young people can master more than one sports skill,and ensure that students' daily sports activities are no less than one hour,Young students participate in sports activities more than three times a week.In recent years,the development of aerobics is very fast,and it has become a sport that both adults and teenagers know.It is a popular sport,which is deeply loved by the masses and has strong popularity.It is a sport integrating collective exercise,dance,music,fitness and entertainment.Aerobics belongs to one branch of aerobics,which is relatively more popular,popular and entertaining.Campus aerobics is to enrich the content of school physical education while exercising,and play a role in pleasing body and mind and shaping body.In this context,this paper uses the methods of literature,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,field survey,measurement and logical analysis to study the application of self-made campus Calisthenics in middle school physical education,and takes Zhengzhou No.44 junior middle school as the specific implementation school,Taking 6 PE teachers and 80 students of No.44 middle school in Zhengzhou City as the objects of investigation,and 27 teachers and leaders of 9 junior middle schools in Zhengzhou City as the objects of investigation,this paper makes a deep analysis of the creation and application of campus Aerobics in PE teaching.The results are as follows:1.By investigating the current situation of 9 middle schools in Zhengzhou City,this paper analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the application of self-made campus Calisthenics in physical education teaching of middle schools in Zhengzhou city.2.The creation of middle school campus calisthenics should be based on the concept of calisthenics,the three elements of creation,students' interests and the physical characteristics of middle school students,and on the principles of pertinence,education,exercise,unity of action and music,and interest.3.Through the questionnaire survey,we can find that the self created "youth in progress" campus calisthenics has reasonable movement arrangement,appropriate music selection,and appropriate exercise intensity,which has the value and significance of exercise,and has been highly praised by most teachers and students in the school.Teachers and students are very satisfied with the whole set.And the set is used in junior high school sports activities.4.In order to apply self-made campus calisthenics to middle school physical education,we should first make a good teaching plan.Make out the total learning hours,the teaching content completed in each class hour,the selection of teaching content,the application of teaching methods and means,and the content and form of assessment and evaluation.5.The study of "youth in progress" campus aerobics plays a positive role in the physical quality of students,and has a great impact on the psychology and the cultivation of lifelong sports consciousness and exercise consciousness.
