Adolescent students are active and prone to sports injury.The improvement of balance ability can effectively reduce the incidence of sports injury.Competitive aerobics is a kind of sport that combines with music to complete all kinds of movements.Most of the complete sets of movements are completed in the state of standing ankle,which has a significant effect on improving the balance ability of human body.This study competitive aerobics training group(hereinafter referred to as the "group")and the control group as the research object,by means of the experimental group and control group before and after the experiment the change of the index of static balance and dynamic balance index,to explore the influence of the balance of human body athletic calisthenics,so as to make people understand the competitive aerobics and balance the relationship between the provide theoretical basis for the balance ability of exercise.This experiment,choose high grade 30 human subjects,divided into two groups,each group of 15 people,including the experimental group members are enrolled in school aerobics training,the control group was randomly selected ordinary culture club members,two groups were never learn competitive aerobics and physical health of students,the balance of the experimental group and control group before the experiment ability index of the test,after 18 weeks of competitive aerobics training,balance ability index of the experimental group and control group test.SPSS software was used for statistical analysis of the obtained data.The results showed that: 1.18 weeks of competitive calisthenics training can improve the static balance ability of young people under the condition of both feet.2.The 18-week competitive aerobics training can improve the static balance ability of teenagers under the condition of single foot.After the support surface changes from double foot to single foot,the static balance ability of the competitive aerobics group is significantly improved.4.18 weeks of competitive aerobics training can improve the dynamic balance ability of teenagers.
