| Objective:The development of competitive aerobics has become a mature competitive event.With the continuous development of rules and the continuous maturity of complete sets of exercises,the physical fitness of athletes and the completion quality of difficult exercises are becoming more and more important.This article adopts rapid expansion and contraction.The effect of compound training on the completion quality of difficult movements of young aerobics athletes is studied.Through the analysis of the subjects’ physical fitness and the completion quality of difficult movements,it provides training reference for improving the quality of difficult movements of young aerobics athletes.Method:Through the collation of literature and combined with expert interview opinions,understand the current situation of rapid expansion and contraction compound training and youth aerobics training,and provide theoretical support for experimental design.In Shandong Hongcheng Aerobics Club,36 qualified aerobics students were selected,and the pre-test was carried out after they mastered the test items.The subjects were randomly divided into 3 groups(experimental group,control group,Blank control group),each group has 12 people.The experimental group uses fast-stretching compound training,the control group uses traditional strength training,and the blank control group only conducts special aerobics training without additional strength training.Train 3 times a week for a total of 8 weeks.After 8 weeks,all subjects will be tested for related indicators again,and the measured data will be analyzed from the two perspectives of intra-group comparison and inter-group comparison.Results:(1)in the physical fitness test of the experimental group,the height of vertical jump(P=0.003),standing long jump(P=0.003),15s group body jump(P=0.001),15s Cossack jump(P=0),30s hip lift(P=0.032),throwing ball test(P=0.033),30s high five push ups(P=0),30s handstand(P=0.069),except 30s handstand,other items had significant differences.In the difficulty movement test,the bending split jump(P=0.001)and the scissors transfiguration jump were 180° There were significant differences between the two groups(P=0.001)(2)The control group in the physical fitness test of vertical jump height(P=0.001),standing long jump(P=0.018),15s group body jump(P=0),15s Cossack jump(P=0.174),30s hip lift(P=0.038),throwing ball test(P=0.048),30s high five push ups(P=0),30s handstand(P=0.007),Except for the 15s Cossack jump.In the difficulty movement test,the bent split jump(P=0.002)and the scissors transfiguration jump were 180°There was a significant increase in the percentage of lift buttock and lift up(P=0.006)and helicopter(P=0.010).(3)In the physical fitness test of the blank control group,the height of vertical jump(P=0.719),standing long jump(P=0.875),15s group body jump(P=0.049),15s Cossack jump(P=0.105),30s hip lift(P=0.464),throwing ball test(P=0.844),30s high five push up(P=0.006),30s handstand(P=0.882)were significantly different except for 30s high five push up and 15s group body jump,There was no significant difference in other items.In the difficulty movement test,the bending split jump(P=0.430)and the scissors transfiguration jump were 180°There was no significant difference in other items except for helicopter(P=0.045).(4)In the comparison of the growth rate of the three groups before and after the experiment,vertical jump height(P=0.000),standing long jump(P=0.000),15s group jump(P=0.002),15s Kosak jump(P=0.018),30s hip lift(P=0.000),throw test(P=0.000),30s high-five push-up(P=0.000),30s handstand(P=0.005)all have significant differences.Bend and split leg jump(P=0.619),scissor transformation jump 180°(P=0.016)hip-lifting to become Vincent(P=0.784),helicopter into Vincent(P=0.09),except for scissor transformation There was no significant difference in the other increase rates except for the 180°jump.Conclusions:(1)After 8 weeks of training,the physical fitness of the upper and lower limbs of the experimental group,the control group,and the blank control group have improved to varying degrees.(2)Compared with traditional strength training and non-resistance training,rapid expansion and contraction compound training can effectively promote the improvement of young aerobics athletes’ upper and lower limb strength and the completion quality of difficult movements. |
