| On 31 August 2020,the General Administration of Sport of China and the Ministry of Education jointly issued the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education to Promote the Healthy Development of Adolescents.At a press conference related to the above opinion,Wang Dengfeng,director of the Ministry’s physical education,health and arts education department,proposed added PE assignments to the opinion.Throughout the development history of "PE homework" in China,related problems have been long mentioned,and some teachers have carried out relevant teaching practice,but it has not been widely promoted and popularized.With the support of policy,the problems of effective implementation of PE homework are worth further study.This paper aims to design a set of relatively perfect PE homework implementation plan with "supervision and evaluation" link,to deal with the difficult problem of PE homework implementation,so as to further promote the popularization of PE homework,and has certain reference value for the development of this problem.The following research methods were mainly used in this study,including the literature method,Interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.First of all,designed the “PE homework optimization implementation plan”according to the literature data and expert interview,and then used the educational experiment to verify whether the plan meets the expectation.In this study,the results of the physical education examination in Hebei province where the experimental object is located are selected as the test index.Combined the fatigue level and heart rate index after completing each homework to observe whether the students really completed the PE homework,to achieve the purpose of monitoring the implementation of homework.Homework is a means to strengthen students’ scores by assigning certain tasks to them.It has positive significance to a certain extent.Proper homework has a positive effect on cultivating students’ habit of long-term participation in study.physical education is an important part of school education,the role of PE homework as a teaching method has not been clearly defined for a long time,however,as the proportion of PE scores in the admission score becomes larger and larger,the emphasis on students’ PE scores also increases,improving grades is bound to be one of the goals of PE homework.Increasing PE homework seems to be at odds with policies to reduce student workload,subjective thinking mode will think that there is a contradiction between the increase of PE homework and the reduction of the student workload.however,through the analysis of significant and insignificant differences in experimental data,this study proves that,not only does PE homework not contradict the lessening of student workload,and it has far-reaching significance in improving students’ physical fitness through long-term intervention,PE homework can be one of the means to reduce the burden,to fill the free time due to the reduction of the burden.The research in this paper proves that:1.The "PE homework optimization implementation plan" designed in this study has significantly improved the results and total scores of the experimental group students in 800/1000 m running.800/1000 m running has high physical requirements for students,indicating that the intervention in this study can effectively improve students’ physical fitness,it has an obvious positive effect on improving students’ physical quality.The total score was made up of the 800/1000 m running,the standing long jump,and the solid ball throw.The significant improvement of the total score is inseparable from the improvement of the scores of these items.2.The "PE homework optimization implementation plan" designed in this study can improve the scores of the experimental group students in long jump and solid ball throwing to some extent,but not significantly.However,the increase of mean value still proves that homework intervention is effective in improving students’ performance.In the same experiment,different indexes showed significant and insignificant differences respectively.After analysis,the reason why the results of the standing long jump and the solid ball throwing are not significant is that,technique is one of the important factors to improve the result of standing long jump and solid ball throwing,for the 800/1000 m running,physical fitness is an important factor in improving performance,so although the improvement in standing long jump and solid ball throwing was not significant,it still improved,it shows that the "PE homework optimization implementation plan" has positive effects on the improvement of physical fitness,but the impact on the more technically focused long jump and solid ball throwing was not significant.3.This study proved that the addition of "Borg Rating of Perceived Exertion scale(RPE)" and heart rate detection could improve the "supervision and evaluation" link of homework,so that students can effectively complete the PE homework.On the premise that the intensity of the assignment remains the same,the students’ fatigue grade fluctuated and decreased(that is,the completion of homework becomes easier and easier for students),it shows that the physical quality of the students has been improved and gradually adapted to the intensity of the assignment.4.The "PE Homework optimization implementation plan" designed in this study is for ordinary students.Therefore,in the intensity of the content arrangement,it is a physical education homework that makes students feel slightly tired.Interviews with students prove that this level of homework is conducive to students’ long-term participation in the cultivation of physical exercise habits.At the same time,insisting on finishing PE homework can also develop students’ physical quality for a long time. |
