Research On The Application Of “AI + Physical Education”in Physical Education Homework In Primary School

The implementation of the “double reduction”policy has provided space for extra-curricular assignments of non-disciplinary subjects,including physical education,and the full implementation of physical education homework is the general trend.As an important part of physical education,how to implement physical education homework scientifically and effectively has become an urgent problem for physical education teachers to solve.With the continuous development of artificial intelligence(AI),a new education model supported by AI technology has gradually entered the public’s view,and the positive impact of AI on the development of education cannot be ignored.Therefore,how to highlight the scientific integration of AI with physical education and promote the intelligent development of education in physical education discipline has become the focus of attention at present.This study uses the “smart app”physical education homework model as a specific form of “AI+Physical Education”,and through experimental research,explores the value of“ AI+Physical Education ” in physical education while promoting the overall development of students’ physical health.Through the experimental study,we investigated the value of “ AI+Physics ” in physical education and the problems in the application process,and provided reference for the subsequent research on “ AI ” and school sports.In this study,80 students in the fourth grade of the first elementary school in Haibowan District of Wuhai City were divided into two groups(40 students in the control group and 40 students in the experimental group),and the control group used the physical education homework plan developed by the physical education teaching and research office of the school,while the experimental group used the physical education homework plan developed by this study according to “AI+Physics”.“The experimental intervention was conducted for 12 weeks to compare the changes in the physical fitness level of students in the two groups and to analyze the advantages and problems of the “AI+Physics”physical education homework model during the experimental process.The results showed that: after 12 weeks of experimental intervention,students in the experimental group showed significant improvement in five physical fitness indexes(sitting forward bend,“50” meter run,one-minute jump rope,one-minute sit-up,and cross-quadrant jump),while students in the control group only showed significant improvement in two indexes,namely one-minute jump rope and cross-quadrant jump.In addition,the results of the questionnaire survey showed that the students in the experimental group improved significantly in all the indexes.In addition,the results of the questionnaire survey showed that parents and students supported the“AI+Physical Education”model to a high degree,but there were also some problems in the actual application process.Conclusions:(1)After the 12-week experimental intervention,both the AI+Physics homework model and the traditional model can effectively promote students’ physical fitness.(2)Compared with the traditional model,the AI+Physics homework model has unique advantages in content design,supervision and management,and evaluation feedback,and its effect on students’ physical quality development is significantly better than that of the traditional model,so it is worth promoting.(3)After the intervention of the 12-week“AI+Physical Education”physical education homework model,students and parents have a high degree of support for the popularization of the model,and the application process is relatively smooth in terms of enhancing institutional health,relieving learning pressure,consolidating classroom knowledge,and enhancing parent-child relationship.However,there is some room for improvement in terms of promotion methods and function optimization.(4)This study concludes that the advantages of the "AI+Physics" homework model are that it improves students’ initiative and enthusiasm in completing their homework,is in line with the educational concept of teaching and learning,and enables students to play sports while having fun,effectively solving the problem of not being able to complete their homework with high quality.Suggestions:(1)Strengthen the promotion and publicity of“AI+Sports”to improve social recognition.(2)Continuously improve the system and functions of the platform,increase supervision of the development of software and content,and require expert evaluation of the exercise content in the platform to make sports practice more scientific and effective.(3)“AI+Physical Education”can effectively promote the development of students’ physical health,but whether it has a facilitating effect on the development of students’ motor skills still needs to be studied,so the follow-up study can add the motor skill test indexes that should be mastered by the corresponding school level.
