| In order to reduce the heavy burden of students’ written assignments and the training burden of off-school institutions,China has introduced a "double reduction" policy.The implementation of this policy allows students to be liberated from heavy academic work and have more time to participate in physical exercise,thereby improving their physical fitness and achieving the comprehensive development of the "five educations".This article combines the background of "double subtraction" and takes "menu style" sports homework as the research content to analyze its impact on the physical quality of primary school students,providing reference for the innovation and development of sports homework models.The research was conducted using the methods of literature review,controlled experiments,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis.In the controlled experiment,students from four classes of Grade 5 in Chongzhou No.3 Experimental Primary School were selected as experimental subjects and randomly divided into experimental group and control group by class(experimental group 112 students,control group 113 students).Students in the experimental group adopted the "menu" sports homework arrangement,while the control group maintained the original sports homework release and verification recovery mode.No external intervention is accepted.Before and after the experiment,the physical fitness test(50 meters running,1 minute sit-up,1 minute skipping,sitting forward bend,50 meters ×8 round trip running)was carried out on the subjects,and the data measured before and after the experiment were compared to analyze the influence of "menu" sports homework on the development of students’ physical fitness.According to the above experimental results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)Compared with traditional sports homework,it is found that the physical fitness of students who practice "menu" sports homework is significantly better than that of students who adopt traditional sports homework in the past.(2)Students with "menu" sports homework development have significant advantages in speed quality,flexibility quality,strength quality and endurance quality,and also have certain advantages in the development of students’ agility quality.However,due to the influence of the teaching content arrangement of school physical education during the experiment,This advantage did not lead to a significant difference in the development of agility between the two groups of students. |
