In recent years, the results of a number of surveys have shown that the physical health level of students is "decreasing with age",the rate of poor eyesight remains high, and the detection rate of obesity among students of all ages continues to rise.In2012,Shanghai promulgated the special teaching reform of physical education in high schools, aiming to enhance the physical health of students.School physical education is an important part of education. The teaching content and teaching behavior used by teachers in the classroom play a leading role in the physical activities of students.Based on this, this paper explores the influence of teachers’ classroom teaching content and teaching behavior on the exercise intensity of high school students in the background of high school sports specialization, hoping to promote the development of special teaching. This article uses stratified sampling to select 3 high schools in 3 districts of Shanghai, uses a three-axis accelerometer(Actigraph GT3X+)to test the exercise intensity of 368 students in 19 classes and observes the teaching content of 19 teachers with classroom observation table videos And teaching behavior.Using literature data method,Delphi method, test method, observation method and mathematical statistics method to conduct research, the following results:(1)In the special class teaching, students spend an average of 18.27 minutes of light-intensity physical activity;students have medium-intensity activity The average activity time is28.91 minutes;the average student high-intensity physical activity time is 26.51 minutes.(2)There are significant differences in the exercise intensity of students with different teaching contents(F=618.748,P=0.000).(3)There are significant differences in the exercise intensity of students with different teaching behaviors(F=963.241,P=0.000).(4)F-test is performed on the variation caused by the interaction between the teaching content and the teaching behavior,as well as the variation caused by random factors. The results showed that P <0.01 for teaching behavior;P<0.01 for teaching content;P>0.05 for the interaction between teaching behavior and teaching content. Therefore, there are significant differences between teaching behavior and teaching content on students’ exercise intensity, while the interaction between teaching behavior and teaching content has little effect on students’ exercise intensity.(5)There are differences in the teaching content and teaching behavior of teachers in different curriculum structures.(6)The teaching content and teaching behaviors of different event groups have different effects on students’ exercise intensity.Research conclusions:(1)In the high school sports special course, the teaching content includes four categories: sports skills and methods, sports and health knowledge, physical fitness and sports health care;teaching behavior includes basic, auxiliary and evaluation behaviors and eight secondary indicators.(2)Teachers’ teaching content and teaching behavior in high school PE special classes have an impact on students’ exercise intensity, and the interaction of the two has little effect on students’ exercise intensity.(3)There are certain differences in the teaching content and teaching behavior of different course structures in special courses.(4)With the advancement of teaching process and time, the teaching content and teaching behavior shown by teachers at each teaching stage will be emphasized.and the impact on students’ exercise intensity will be different.
