In recent years,studies have found that the physical quality of primary and secondary school students in our country is declining,and the way of students’ exercise mainly depends on the school physical education curriculum,physical education teachers as the leader of the curriculum,the teaching content and behavior imposed by them play an important role.Explore its influence on students’ physical activity intensity and provide theory and basis for further guaranteeing students’ physical activity intensity.Methods: Document method,delphi method,observation method,measurement method and mathematical statistics method.Stratified sampling method was used to select three junior middle schools in Shanghai.Two physical education teachers were randomly selected from the first grade of each junior middle school to observe and record their teaching content and behavior.Each teacher randomly selected 2 classes,each class measured 2 PE classes,randomly selected 20 students in the class,using accelerometer to measure the physical activity intensity of students.One-way anova was used to explore the influence of physical education teaching content and behavior on students’ activity intensity.Results: 1)There were significant differences in the influence of each teaching content on students’ physical activity intensity(F=554.06,P<0.05).The influence of different teaching behaviors on students’ physical activity intensity was different(F=3288.53,P<0.05).2)Different teaching materials,teaching contents and behaviors have different effects on students’ physical activity intensity.The influence of different teaching contents on students’ physical activity intensity was different(F=360.25,P<0.05).The influence of different teaching behaviors on students’ physical activity intensity was different(F=1825.60,P<0.05).In the exercise teaching materials,different teaching contents had different effects on students’ physical activity intensity(F=173.42,P<0.05).The influence of different teaching behaviors on students’ physical activity intensity was different(F=762.73,P<0.05).In quality teaching materials,different teaching contents have different influence on students’ physical activity intensity(F=33.92,P<0.05).The influence of different teaching behaviors on students’ physical activity intensity was different(F=281.21,P<0.05).In throwing teaching materials,different teaching contents have different effects on students’ physical activity intensity(F=17.44,P<0.05).Different teaching behaviors have different effects on students’ physical activity intensity(F=476.21,P<0.05).In jumping textbooks,different teaching contents have different effects on students’ physical activity intensity(F=116.40,P<0.05).The influence of different teaching behaviors on students’ physical activity intensity was different(F=231.56,P<0.05).Conclusions: 1)Physical education classroom teaching content is divided into four categories: sports skills and methods,physical fitness,sports and health knowledge,sports health care.Physical education classroom teaching behavior is divided into three dimensions: basic behavior,auxiliary behavior and evaluation behavior.2)In terms of teaching content,teachers taught sports skills and methods the most frequently,followed by physical fitness.In terms of teaching behavior,guiding behavior is often used.3)The teaching content and behavior of junior middle school physical education class will have an impact on students’ physical activity intensity.The intensity was higher under sports skills and methods and health fitness,and lower under sports and health knowledge.The intensity was higher in guiding behavior,observing and listening behavior.Moderate intensity in action demonstration,questioning behavior and management behavior;In the lecturing behavior,speech evaluation behavior is low intensity.4)Different teaching materials have different effects on students’ physical activity intensity.The intensity of ball teaching materials,sports skills and methods is higher than that of fitness content,and there is a significant difference;In the exercise class,quality class,throwing class and jumping class,the intensity of fitness fitness is higher than that of sports skills and methods,and there is a significant difference.5)Different teaching behaviors have different effects on students’ physical activity intensity under different teaching materials.In ball and exercise textbooks,the intensity of guiding behavior,observing and listening behavior is high,and the intensity of guiding behavior is higher than that of observing and listening behavior,and the influence of the two behaviors on the intensity is significantly different.
