China’s basic education and physical education curriculum reform has never stopped moving towards a strong foundation,strong practice and innovative sports talents.As a basis for social sports,the major of physical education should also optimize its curriculum,so that the curriculum "all for students,for all." As one of the main courses of physical education specialty in physical education colleges and universities,the specialized course of gymnastics should be optimized constantly according to the needs of current society for sports talents.Women are an important force in building a strong sports country.The physical education and health courses in primary and secondary schools need excellent female gymnastics teachers.The development of gymnastics specialized courses should pay attention to the training of female students.How to meet the different learning needs of female students is the main content of this paper.In this paper,five research methods,such as literature,expert interview,questionnaire,comparative analysis and mathematical statistics,are used to optimize the teaching content of gymnastics for girls in physical education colleges and universities.Some gymnastic teachers and some female students majoring in gymnastics in Beijing Institute of Physical Education,Shanghai,Wuhan,Capital,Xian and Harbin were investigated.This paper analyzes the situation of the development of gymnastics specialized course,the orientation of teaching objectives,the arrangement of teaching hours and the selection and organization of teaching contents for female students in physical education majors in six colleges and universities.By investigating the intention of gymnastics teachers to teaching contents,the satisfaction of female students majoring in gymnastics to the contents and the evaluation of the importance of the contents by gymnastics experts,the following conclusions are drawn:First,the six physical education colleges and universities have set up and carried out gymnastics specialized courses,but gymnastics specialized course has not set up a separate goal for female students,The existing teaching goals can be classified into four categories:cognitive goals,skill goals,physical goals and emotional goals.Six colleges and universities physical education specialized gymnastics course starts the semester number for six semesters at most,at least for four semesters;The average number of class hours is 428,of which 396 are practical teaching hours.The average total hours of theoretical teaching is about 32 hours.Second,the main learning needs of female students majoring in gymnastics at present are to improve their technical level,strengthen their physique,enhance their temperament and improve their physique.One of the reasons for the small number of girls majoring in gymnastics is that there is a discrepancy between the teaching contents and the learning needs of girls.The current primary and secondary schools,all kinds of colleges and universities,the needs of the public and the development of gymnastics specialized courses themselves are urgent requirements for gymnastics specialized girls teaching content should be optimized and adjusted.Third,the disadvantage factors of optimizing the teaching content of girls in gymnastics specialized course are the shackles of traditional education thought,the shortage of management system and incentive mechanism.In order to optimize the teaching content of gymnastics for girls,we should follow the principles of overall development,integration of theory with practice,gradual progress,consolidation and combination of effort and measurement.The optimization of teaching content should stress the important concept of gymnastics specialized course;Gather the core knowledge of gymnastics,select the key content;Renew the teaching idea,stimulate the learning motivation of female students majoring in gymnastics.Fourth,according to the teaching content of theory,practice and ability training,gymnastics teachers’ teaching intention and the weight results of indicators at all levels,We can optimize and adjust the teaching content of gymnastics specialized course for girls,divide the teaching contents into "the main part" and "the expanding part," and then further refine them into "main content," "improving content." The "main content" in the "main part" of the teaching content is the key content of the girls’ classroom teaching of gymnastics,and the "improving content" can be combined with the specific situation as a supplementary teaching content.The "main content" and "improving content" in the "expanding part" are the extracurricular self-study contents of the female students majoring in gymnastics.Fifth,according to the gymnastics specialized course theory teaching content level index weight result,The ten teaching contents are classified as the main parts,such as gymnastics development outline,gymnastics terminology,basic gymnastics,competitive gymnastics,gymnastics training,protection and help,gymnastics teaching theory,gymnastics game theory,gymnastic fitness principles and methods,scientific research methods,etc.The application and development of gymnastics,gymnastics teaching materials and teaching methods in primary and secondary schools,gymnastics three-level prescribed movements teaching practice,gymnastics two-level regulated movements teaching practices,group calisthenics and happy gymnastics and other six teaching contents are classified as the expansion part.Sixth,according to the gymnastics special course practice teaching content two index weight result,will the queue formation,freehand gymnastics,light apparatus gymnastics,women’s physique,skill,horizontal bar,parallel bars,vault The nine teaching contents,such as,balance beam and so on,are classified as the main part,and the four teaching contents of special equipment gymnastics,aerobics,parkour and trampoline are classified into the extended part.Seventh,according to the result of the first grade index weight of the teaching content of ability training in gymnastics specialized course,the teaching practice ability,sports training ability,scientific research innovation ability,organizing competition and judging ability are classified as the main part. |
