that the core literacy should be placed in the primary position of the curriculum reform,and it is emphasized that the cultivation of students’ subject core literacy should be taken as the starting point and foothold of the curriculum reform.Therefore,this curriculum reform should correct the previous one-sided concept of only focusing on the cultivation of students’ sports ability,pay attention to the cultivation of students’ healthy behavior and sports morality while enhancing students’ sports ability,pay attention to the development of students from all-round and multi-dimensional,so as to comprehensively improve the core quality of senior high school students.In the 1980 s,Professor Sidentop of Ohio State University proposed the Sport Education Model,aiming to make students become capable,cultured and enthusiastic athletes,which is highly consistent with the current curriculum reform in China.Purpose: The sports education model is applied to high school football class,and the localization transformation is carried out in combination with the actual teaching environment of Shanghai high school sports specialized.The teaching experiment method is mainly used to test the differences in sports ability,health behavior and sports morality between the students of experimental class and control class after the intervention of different teaching programs.Through quantitative analysis,this model is proved to be effective in cultivating the core elements of physical education for senior high school students.Methods: In this study,the literature method is firstly used to analyze the data and literature of sports education mode,and the characteristics of this mode are sorted out,as well as the practice and application of this mode in football teaching.Secondly,experimental test indicators,teaching implementation process,teaching evaluation system and other aspects are designed according to the actual teaching situation and experts’ suggestions.Finally,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical analysis method,and combined with the requirements of "Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 edition,2020 Revision)",two football special classes of grade 2 in Shanghai East Middle School were selected as experimental class and control class,with 22 students in the experimental class and control class respectively.The experimental class used sports education mode,while the control class used traditional teaching mode.The duration was 16 weeks.Results:(1)The training effect of football teaching in sports education mode on students’ sports ability is generally superior to that of traditional teaching mode,and there are significant differences in cardiopulmonary endurance(1000m running)and motor skills(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in speed(50m running),agility(T-shape running),lower limb explosive power(standing long jump),upper limb strength(pull-up),flexibility(sitting forward)and bouncing ball between the two teaching modes(P >0.05).(2)After the teaching experiment intervention,the health behaviors of the students in the two classes were tested respectively.The improvement effect of the students in the experimental class was significantly higher than that of the control class in the formation of physical exercise consciousness,the formation of physical exercise habit and the emotional control(P<0.05).However,there was no significant difference between the control class and the control class in terms of health knowledge mastery and application and environment adaptation(P >0.05).(3)In terms of sports morality,football teaching in sports education mode has a significantly higher degree of improvement in sports character than that in traditional education mode,and there is a significant difference(P<0.05).In terms of sports morality and sportsmanship cultivation,although the improvement degree is higher than that in traditional education mode,there is no significant difference(P >0.05).Conclusion :(1)the application of sports education mode in football teaching is consistent with the concept advocated by the current PE and health curriculum standards of ordinary senior high schools,and promotes the development of the core quality of PE subject of senior high school students.(2)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the sports education mode has a slight advantage in improving students’ sports ability,which is similar in physical quality and has a significant advantage in comprehensive sports ability training.(3)Compared with the traditional teaching mode,the sports education mode has advantages in promoting students’ healthy behavior in all dimensions,especially in the awareness and habit of physical exercise and emotional control.(4)Compared with traditional teaching mode,sports education mode has more advantages in developing students’ sports moral character,especially in improving students’ sports moral character,sports education mode has remarkable effect. |
