The core literacy-oriented curriculum reform is the new trend of the current school curriculum reform.Cultivating the core literacy of students has become the starting point and goal of the teaching of physical education and health.In the teaching of physical education and health courses,the creation of complex situations,structured knowledge and skills,appropriate exercise load,and diversified physical exercises can promote the formation of core literacy of the subject.The Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model is an excellent result after the core literacy DNA is integrated,and it is a very valuable attempt based on the core literacy of sports and health disciplines.This study is to verify the role of the Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model in promoting the core literacy of students’ disciplines.First,sort out domestic and foreign researches on the core literacy of physical education and health disciplines,physical education curriculum models,etc.,and analyze the current research deficiencies;Secondly,based on the psychometric paradigm,the Physical Education and Health Subject Core Literacy Evaluation Scale of primary and middle school students was developed to provide a tool for evaluating the teaching effect of the Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model;Furthermore,the Physical Education and Health Subject Core Literacy Evaluation Scale of primary and middle school students was used to investigate the primary and secondary school students in the Yangtze River Delta region,to analyze the grade,gender,and regional differences in the core literacy development of physical education and health in the Yangtze River Delta,and to intervene in experimental research,to provide reference to the design of experimental research intervention programs;Finally,according to the research results,an experimental intervention plan was formulated to test the impact of the Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model on the core literacy of physical education and health disciplines of primary and secondary school students.Research 1: Objective: To develop a core literacy evaluation scale of physical education and health for elementary and middle school students with certain reliability and validity.Methods: Literature data method,expert survey method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.Results: The "Healthy Behavior Evaluation Scale for Primary and Middle School Students" includes four dimensions: "Mastery and Application of Health Knowledge","Physical Exercise Awareness and Habits","Emotional Control",and "Environmental Adaptation";"Sports Morality Evaluation Scale for Primary and Middle School Students" contains 3 dimensions: "sportsmanship","sports ethics" and "sports character";The "Sports Ability Evaluation Scale for Primary School Students" and the "Sports Ability Evaluation Scale for Junior High School Students" include one dimension of "motor cognition",and the "Sports Ability Evaluation Scale for High School Students" includes 2 dimensions: "sports cognition" and "Physical Status".The lowest standardized α coefficient of each subscale was 0.786 and the highest was 0.938.The model was revised according to the revised index,and the revised model fitting index reached the standard of good fit.The reliability and validity of the Core Literacy Evaluation Scale for Physical Education and Health of Primary and Middle School Students meets the requirements of psychometrics.The structure and data fit well.It can be used as an evaluation tool for the core literacy of physical education and health for primary and middle school students.Research 2: Objective: Analyze the gender,grade and regional differences in the core literacy of physical education and health of primary and secondary school students in the Yangtze River Delta,and provide a reference for the design of experimental research intervention programs.Methods: Literature data method,expert survey method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.Results:Athletic ability: the fifth grade is significantly higher than the fourth grade,the difference between junior high school grades is not significant,and the first grade is significantly higher than the second grade;boys in each school are significantly higher than girls;Shanghai elementary school students are significantly higher than the other three regions,and the regional differences of junior high school students are not significant.The sports cognition of Jiangsu high school students is significantly higher than that of the other three regions,and the physical fitness status of Zhejiang high school students is significantly lower than that of the other three regions.Healthy behavior: there are significant differences in some dimensions of elementary school students of different grades,and there is no significant difference between junior high school students of different grades,and high school students of different grades have significant differences in various dimensions;primary and secondary school students of different genders have significant differences in some dimensions;primary school students and high school students in different regions have significant differences in each dimension.There are significant differences in some dimensions of junior high school students in the region.Physical ethics: there are significant differences in some dimensions of primary school students of different grades,and there is no significant difference between junior high school students of different grades,and high school students of different grades have significant differences in various dimensions;primary and secondary school students of different genders have significant differences in some dimensions;primary and high school students in different regions have significant differences in each dimension,There are significant differences in some dimensions of junior high school students in different regions.Conclusion: There are differences in grades,genders and regions in the core literacy development level of sports and health disciplines of primary and secondary school students in the Yangtze River Delta.Boys’ athletic ability and sportsmanship are generally better than girls.As their grades increase,girls’ physical exercise awareness and habits are generally lower than boys’.The level of development in Shanghai is higher than that of the other three regions.Research 3: Objective: To verify the effect of the Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model on the core literacy of physical education and health disciplines of primary and middle school students.Methods: Literature data method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method.Results: After 12 weeks of teaching experiment intervention: Compared with the control class,boys in the primary school experimental class had no significant sports cognition,health knowledge mastery and application,sports character,girls’ waist-to-hip ratio,and environmental adaptation indicators,and other indicators were significantly improved;The junior high school experimental class male and female health knowledge master and application,girls’ waist-to-hip ratio,sports ethics indicators are not significant,and other indicators have been significantly improved;high school experimental class boys’ sitting forward bending and girls’ body fat rates are not significant,other indicators are all significantly improved.Conclusion: the Chinese Health Physical Education Curriculum Model teaching can improve the body composition of primary and secondary school students,improve their cardiopulmonary function,speed,strength,and sensitivity,and improve the level of basketball skills,sports cognition,physical cognition,healthy behavior and sports morality. |
