| As the key element of the core quality of physical education,sports ability needs the continuous optimization of the teaching process of physical education.The sports education model takes game theory as the guidance and competition as the main line,and pays attention to providing real and rich sports experience to students at different levels.Its construction logic is basically consistent with the concept and requirements of physical education curriculum reform in China at the present stage.This study adopts the research methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment and mathematical statistics,and takes two football club classes in the first grade of Yueyang No.10 middle school as the experimental objects.This paper makes an empirical study on the effect of the application of sports education model to junior middle school football club teaching on students’ sports ability,and draws the following conclusions:(1)The evaluation index system of junior middle school boys’ football ability consists of four primary indexes and nine corresponding secondary indexes: physical condition,sports cognition,application of techniques and tactics,and sports display and competition.(2)The teaching scheme of sports education mode is systematically designed from two aspects: football season and teaching implementation process.(3)The experimental research shows that:(1)the influence of sports education mode on students’ physical fitness is slightly better than the traditional teaching mode,but there is no significant difference between them.(2)Through the application of competition situation,sports education mode helps to improve students’ mastery and application of learned skills and tactics in this situation,and significantly improve the level and application ability of football tactics.(3)The application of sports education model can significantly improve students’ sports cognition level.(4)The application of sports education mode has significant advantages in improving the level of sports display and competition.To sum up,the sports education model is more suitable for the development of junior middle school boys’ football ability and help students obtain the necessary character and key ability to meet the needs of social development.It is suggested to further promote and apply it in the teaching of junior middle school football club class. |
