Social development promotes the continuous deepening of educational reform.In September 2 0 1 6,the Ministry of education incorporated the " discipline core quality" into the curriculum standard for the first time.The discipline core quality is the concentrated embodiment of the value of discipline education and the correct value concept,necessary character and key ability gradually formed through discipline learning.The curriculum standard of physical education and health in senior high school(2 0 1 7 Edition)clearly defines the core literacy of Physical Education Discipline: the core literacy of physical education discipline is divided into three dimensions: sports ability,healthy behavior and sports morality.Among them,sports ability is the comprehensive performance of physical ability,technical and tactical ability and psychological ability in physical activities,and it is the basis of human physical activities,It is also the basis for the formation of healthy behavior and sports morality.If sports is strong,teenagers are strong,and teenagers are strong,China is strong.Whether students’ sports ability and literacy can be fully implemented and developed in physical education teaching is closely related to social progress and national revitalization.At present,there are not many teaching experiences that can well cultivate students’ sports ability,and there are few teaching practices that can be used for reference.The situation is not optimistic.Cultivating students’ sports ability literacy from the perspective of sports discipline core literacy seems to have become the top priority to be solved in China’ s physical education work.The specific manifestations of sports ability from the perspective of core literacy of physical education discipline are physical fitness,sports cognition and the application of techniques and tactics,sports display and competition.This paper takes the cultivation of sports ability of senior high school girls from the perspective of core literacy of physical education discipline as the research object,using the methods of literature,questionnaire,mathematical statistics and teaching experiment,This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation and reasons of the cultivation of senior high school girls’ sports ability,and then selects the long rope jumping in the pattern rope skipping sports to carry out the teaching experimental research on the improvement of senior two girls’ sports ability.The specific research conclusions are as follows:1.The overall situation of cultivating students’ sports ability is not ideal:Students’ physical condition,mastery of sports skills and personal physical exercise plan are poor,the enthusiasm of organizing and participating in sports activities and competitions is not high,and the ability to watch and understand the relevant knowledge and rules of sports and sports events is obviously insufficient.2.The factors causing the unsatisfactory cultivation of students’ Sports Ability:the lack of professional skills of physical education teachers;Physical education classroom teaching mode and teaching concept are relatively traditional,and students’ learning enthusiasm is not high;Students’ cognition of the importance of physical education is low;Student assessment and evaluation criteria are single.3.In the teaching experiment,the teaching methods of game teaching and competition teaching are used to cultivate students’ sports ability.It is found that:(1)students are active and emotional in physical exercise and sports skill learning in physical education classroom,and their physical quality and classroom learning effect are improved to a certain extent.(2)At the level of sports culture,after students have an in-depth understanding of the cultural background of the sports they have learned,the significance and value can promote students’ love and persistence of sports to a certain extent.(3)Students have significantly improved their mastery of the skills and tactics and referee rules of the sports they have learned,and can use their relevant knowledge and sports skills to organize and participate in class competitions.The overall effect is good.(4)The number of students watching sports matches has increased,the ability to watch and briefly evaluate sports events has been improved,and the overall level of sports ability and literacy has been improved.
