Research On The Path Of Primary School Sports Life From The Perspective Of Sports Subject Core Accomplishment

"Health China 2030" proposes that national fitness should start from the whole population and the whole life cycle,advocate the participation of all people,integrate sports into people’s lives,and make sports a part of life,that is,"sports life".As the youth is strong,China is strong.Primary school physical education has the dual mission of strengthening students’ physical fitness and improving their moral and ethical cultivation,and exploring the ways of vitalizing elementary school physical education from the perspective of core literacy is conducive to achieving core literacy and improving national fitness.This paper adopts literature method,interview method,questionnaire method,fieldwork method,mathematical and statistical method and other investigation means to investigate the current situation of elementary school physical education vitalization,and analyze the problems and causes of them,and put forward corresponding countermeasure suggestions.The conclusions of this paper are:(1)Factors influencing school sports activities can be divided into two aspects,internal and external: self-experience,interpersonal communication and self-development.(2)The main problems of the living of sports in Yancheng Dongtai Experimental Primary School are: the diversification of students’ participation in sports and the low percentage of participation in sports activities.(3)The main ways: schools should strengthen the construction of school sports facilities,diversify sports programs,actively respond to the "double reduction" and "double increase" policies,reduce students’ learning pressure,improve the quality of teachers,and carry out professional sports counseling;in the community,we should increase In society,we should increase the publicity of "elementary school sports life" and create a good social sports atmosphere;in families,we should pay attention to physical exercise and create a good family sports environment;on an individual level,we should change the value of sports and give full play to our own subjectivity.
