With the advent of the era of big data,the country has incorporated data into production factors,and the resource value of data has been further explored.The concept of "letting data run more and the masses less running errands" is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.At the same time,the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly stated the need to "promote the digitalization of education",and the Ministry of Education also formally proposed and actively implemented the "National Educational Digitalization Strategic Action".Under this background,organization Z as a organization directly under the Ministry of Education,carried out digital transformation and upgrading promptly,and organized the construction of an educational big data platform project,aiming to play the role of data in supporting and empowering business work.This paper takes the organization Z education big data platform project as the research object.Through the research on education big data,project scope management and other related literature,from the perspective of Party A,explore scientific management concepts,suitable management tools and technologies to establish project scope management work methodology and technical routes.First of all,after internal brainstorming and discussion,combined with the current situation of project management of organization Z,the pain points of scope management were discovered,optimization directions were then proposed.Then,the scope management work program is formulated as a guiding document for the project practice process.According to the optimization plan and work programme,use literature research,case analysis and other research methods,as well as scope management tools and techniques,to complete project demand investigation,demand analysis,demand confirmation and scope planning in the sequence.Introduce visualization of requirements and an expert review mechanism for scope management results to improve the accuracy of scope benchmarks;do a good job in project scope monitoring and communication,and strictly control changes in scope benchmarks.Finally,from the aspects of business strategy,organizational structure,management system,tool technology,etc.,the study provides corresponding safeguard measures to enable the optimization plan to be effectively implemented and uses the research and practice results of scope management to establish a "knowledge warehouse".The main research conclusions of this paper include:putting scope management center of gravity forward is an important method for doing well in project management;adequate requirement management is a prerequisite for doing well in scope management;scope management should run through the entire life cycle of the project;comprehensive organizational assurance measures are an important support for effective project management.The above conclusions can provide new working ideas for organization Z to construct education digitalization projects in the future,and have certain reference values. |
