Research On Scope Management Of "Teaching Students In Accordance With Their Aptitude" In Company A

The purpose of this study is to explore issues related to the scope management of the individualized education project in Company A,and to conduct research from both theoretical and practical perspectives.In terms of research methods,this study adopts various methods such as literature research,research and analysis,comparative analysis,and observational research to deeply explore the theoretical and practical issues of scope management in individualized education projects,and provide theoretical support and empirical data for proposing practical suggestions and solutions.This study first introduced the theoretical basis of scope management in individualized education projects,analyzed the importance and role of scope management in individualized education projects,and related research.Then,it deeply studies the current situation and management characteristics of the scope management of the individualized education project in Company A,and discusses the problems encountered in practice and their solutions.Collect the knowledge,practice,and evaluation of scope management from professionals engaged in individualized teaching projects through questionnaire surveys and interviews,and conduct indepth analysis of various influencing factors.Finally,summarize the above research content,and propose inspiration and suggestions for the scope management of individualized education projects,providing reference and reference for follow-up projects of individualized education projects and other enterprises in similar project scope management.The conclusions of this study indicate that the scope management of the individualized education project in Company A is an indispensable part of project management,and its effective implementation can improve project management efficiency,indirectly benefiting cost,schedule,quality,and other aspects.For enterprises,attention should be paid to improving the scope management ability of personnel,strengthening internal collaboration,and paying attention to the connection between scope management and other management links to achieve comprehensive collaboration in project management.
