As the basic guarantee in the teaching management of colleges and universities, the teaching management system is closely related to every student, faculty and staff. As the most basic information system used by many teachers and students in all universities, the university teaching management system has undergone more than 20 years of development and iteration. It should be fully integrated with the university’s teaching management model as a tool to improve the quality and efficiency of university teaching management. However,in the process of use,it can often be seen that the functions provided by the system are inconsistent with the actual work requirements, and the simple management process is complicated, etc.,which increase the workload of teaching managers, teachers and students. The vast majority of universities, teachers and students attribute this situation to the business logic of the teaching management model or the immature technology of the system developer. The author found through research that the above is not the crux of the problems of the university teaching management system. The real problem is not the development of technology, but the neglected project management. In the theory of project management, project management is divided into ten processes including scope management, schedule management, cost management, quality management, and risk management.Scope management,as the pre-requisite work of project management, runs through the entire process of the project. For a good engineering project, the schedule, cost, and quality of the project are all based on good scope management. This article takes the existing teaching management system project of Z university as the research object, explores the key factors that affect the scope management of the university teaching management system project, focuses on the analysis of the influence of each influencing factor on the scope management and the relationship between them, and establishes the key Influencing factor model. This article first uses the literature research method to put forward the research background and significance of this article, and the current research status at home and abroad. Then combined with the case analysis method,it elaborates and analyzes the status quo and characteristics of the teaching management project of Z colleges and universities,as well as the problems existing in scope management during the implementation of the teaching management system of Z colleges and universities.Afterwards, using survey research,Delphi expert survey method, combined with the scope management related theories in the "Project Management Knowledge System Guide(PMBOK Guide)",42 factors affecting the project of the Z university teaching management system were initially obtained. After three rounds of polling In the survey,AHP hierarchical sorting and weight value calculation and consistency check are used, and an AHP hierarchical structure model containing 6 secondary factors and 20 tertiary factors is obtained by merging. Finally, the model method is used to construct the key influencing factor matrix of the obtained AHP hierarchical structure model, and through the ISM method, the explanatory structure model of the key influencing factors of the scope management of the teaching management project of Z colleges and universities is obtained, and The model is applied to the improvement of the Z university teaching management system project to verify the effectiveness of the model. This article is based on general project scope management, combined with the characteristics and actual conditions of the Z university teaching management system project, based on improving the level of university teaching management project scope management,to solve the problems existing in university teaching management projects. It is hoped that through the research of this article,on the one hand,it enriches the related theoretical research of scope management in university teaching management system projects, and on the other hand,it can provide some enlightenment and reference for scope management in other university teaching management system projects. |
