A Company's Internet Education Platform Project Risk Management Research

The project management system is characterized by complexity,which is specifically defined as a creative activity that takes a detailed project as an object,temporarily establishes a project team,and reasonably reorganizes the financial,material and human resources contained in the project to achieve the expected goal.Internet platform project is a project with relatively high risk and high level of science and technology.The improvement of its risk control ability will enable the company to obtain great benefits.The main objective of this paper is to apply the knowledge of risk management and control in Internet platform projects.Based on theoretical research,this paper defines the basic definition of risk and its management,explores the measures and processes commonly adopted in the process of project risk management and control,and supplies a solid theoretical basis to the research work of this paper.The case study selected A company's educational multimedia Internet platform,analyzed the project risk identification technology and corresponding measures,and summarized and sorted out the problems and defects in the project risk management and control work.Based on the detailed project,this paper constructs the project risk evaluation index system.The key work of the system includes the definition of index weight and the selection of index.In this work,expert opinion method and summary induction method are used to select indicators,and AHP method is used to calculate the weights of indicators to make them clear.According to the project risk assessment index system,the objective assessment of the project risk is carried out by using the fuzzy comprehensive assessment method,and based on the research and analysis of the assessment results,the main risks existing in the project at the present stage and the core points that need to be strengthened in the supervision and control of the follow-up risk control work are indicated.In addition,this paper also points out the corresponding risk control scheme.In the end,the paper summarizes the important work of this research,and points out the limitations and defects of this research.In A word,through the research work of this paper,the improvement of project risk management and control ability of Company A can be promoted to A certain extent,and certain reference and reference can be provided to similar projects,which has certain practical value and significance.
