With the development of society and the spread of the information technology, the concepts and methods of education change continuously. Following the world development trend, China is also engaged in the education reformation based on the core of the reform of basic curriculum. The reformation aim is to practice people-oriented quality education and the focus is to promote all students'overall development.In the thesis, the Project-Based Learning is a new teaching model, which is to adapt the reform standard of basic education. The model focuses on training the comprehensive ability of learners and the educational thought is consistent with the goal of our education reform. More and more schools in the world began to carry out the Project-Based Learning Model and China pays attention on the development of the teaching model gradually.The subject researches on the theory of the Project-Based Learning, the platform and teaching practice. The author researches on the theory of the Project-Based Learning based on analysis of literature and found that in china the research focuses on the meaning of the Project-Based Learning, constituent elements and its application in the disciplines. But, the study of the support environment, instructional design and evaluation is little so that the author determines the direction of the study. According to China's characteristics of education reform, and the need of social development, the author builds the objective system, the process model of the Project-Based Learning and the training model of the collaboration ability and discusses the evaluation process of the Project-Based Learning. According to the training objective of the Project-Based Learning and the thought of the Project Management, the author builds the project practice teaching management platform and puts it into the trial. Based on the process model of the Project-Based Learning and the platform, the author carries out the instructional design, the teaching evaluation design and the teaching practice, analyzes the teaching effectiveness and the platform trial results and summarizes the effects and lacks of practical research.The innovations of this study are as follows:Build a new, integrated objective system of the Project-Based Teaching. It emphasizes that training of the comprehensive ability such as professional, project management and social adaptation; Build the training model of the collaboration ability. Put the thought of the Project Management into education and develop the Web-based project practice teaching management platform; According to the teaching practice based on the platform, develop evaluation indicators of all aspects of the Project-Based Learning.
