Abstract/Summary:
"Group reading" is a breakthrough reading teaching practice in the new curriculum reform,which has great advantages for promoting the development of language teaching.However,past research on group reading teaching has mostly focused on the compulsory education stage,and there is a relative lack of exploration in high school.As a part of the excellent Chinese traditional culture,ancient poetry plays a pivotal role in the high school textbook.However,in reality,the teaching of ancient poems in high school is still dominated by a single reading teaching mode,which leads to certain shortcomings in students’ learning of ancient poems.In view of this,the author conducts a study on the application of group reading in teaching ancient poems in high school,which is unique research value.This paper consists of three parts:the introduction,the body,and the conclusion.In the introductory part,the author focuses on the background and significance of the study,and briefly outlines the research method.The main text consists of four chapters:Chapter 1 uses the literature research method to explain the concept,theoretical basis,and the necessity of applying group reading in high school ancient poetry;Chapter 2 uses the action research method to compare and analyze the teaching of single reading and group reading in high school ancient poetry in a real teaching environment,pointing out some of the defects of single reading teaching and proving the Chapter 3 proposes the strategies of group reading in high school ancient poetry teaching from three theoretical levels:specific implementation,basic curriculum types and operation methods;Chapter 4 uses the case study method to apply the strategies summarized in the previous section to the first and second year of high school and the third year of high school respectively,first comparing the differences between the two in terms of specific implementation,designing teaching cases suitable for different levels of study,and conducting corresponding post-class This paper uses the same lesson format to compare the implementation of the two strategies.In this paper,through the teaching practice of the same class,it can be found that single reading has certain shortcomings in developing students’ reading and thinking skills.The group reading can really improve students’ reading appreciation ability and further broaden students’ reading horizons.Based on this,this paper combines theory and practice to provide specific teaching strategies and corresponding teaching designs,hoping to promote the development of high school ancient poetry teaching and to serve as a reference for front-line teachers to implement group reading.
