The formation of good school behavior of junior middle school students is an important embodiment of the educational function of basic education.The core task of school education in junior middle school is to lay the foundation for students’ comprehensive development in the future,teach students basic theoretical knowledge,nurture students’ good behavior habits,basic quality,learning ability and good school behavior.These behavior habits have a certain impact on the learning,morality and behavior of junior middle school students in school,and lay a foundation for junior middle school students to develop into a socialist successor with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,beauty and labor.Taking 1066 students and teachers from 5 middle schools including Nanning No.14 Middle School,the Affiliated Middle School of Guangxi University and Xinjiang Middle School in Yongning District of Nanning as the research subjects.The author compiled questionnaire on the formation of good school behavior of middle school students,which is divided into two parts: one is the basic information,namely gender,class,family,etc.;the other is to conduct a survey based on 36 questions including daily school behavior,school learning behavior,school moral behavior,self-evaluation,formative education and school management.Through the quantitative analysis of the results of the questionnaire,it is found that junior middle school students’ school behavior is mainly characterized by poor performance of daily behavior,insufficient positive attitude towards learning behavior,weak awareness of moral behavior and lack of self-confidence in self-evaluation behavior,low recognition of school culture and other problems.Combined with the research methods of literature research and interview,it is analyzed that the reasons for these problems are the lack or unscientific way of family education,the inflexibility of teacher education methods and ways,the weak leading role of school culture,and the low degree of affirmation of students’ self-evaluation.Combined with the specific analysis of the problems and causes,the author tries to put forward targeted suggestions to promote junior middle school students to formative good school behavior.First,we need to give play to the function of family education by strengthening the effective communication between parents and children,enhancing the parent-child relationship,improving the participation of parents in education,deepening the cooperation and joint education between parents and schools,improving the methods of family education,and giving play to the exemplary role of parents.Secondly,we need to improve teachers’ professional ability,such as improving teachers’ teaching ability,stimulating students’ learning motivation,strengthening the moral education ability of head teachers,carrying out various class activities,building a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and striving to be good teachers and friends of students.Thirdly,we need to shape a good school culture,by establishing school culture brand,building a cultural education base,enriching cultural activities in campus,building a cultural education platform and implementing behavior formation education so as to give full play to the education function of school culture;Finally,we can strengthen junior middle school students’ introspection and self-discipline ability by standardizing students’ school behavior,promoting them to develop good behavior habits,enhancing students’ self-confidence,helping students establish reasonable expectations,improving students’ willpower,and helping them establish a correct outlook on life and values.Through the above suggestions and countermeasures,the author attempts to construct the index system for the formation of good school behavior of junior middle school students,study the guiding implementation scheme for schools,families and teachers to foster students’ good behavior,providing feasible suggestions for the management innovation of middle schools and reference for the education departments on how to improve students’ quality so as to lay a good educational foundation for developing students into socialist builders and qualified successors and educating talents for the Party and the country.
