| The demand for highly skilled personnel is growing in the post-epidemic era.However,the traditional teaching model is still prevalent in secondary schools,which reduces students’ interest in learning and does not effectively cultivate the key competencies and comprehensive qualities required by industrial enterprises.The action-oriented teaching mode combines the action tasks in the workplace with the textbook knowledge,the workflow with the learning process,and the group cooperation to complete the work tasks together.The whole process highlights the main role of students,and the teacher plays a guiding role in the whole process,which is in line with the modern education concept.In this study,the action-oriented teaching mode is designed on the basis of the current situation of the relevant courses,and the practical research is carried out in the course.Firstly,the concepts and theories related to the action-oriented teaching model are sorted out;then,the current educational situation of the course "Marketing Fundamentals" in secondary vocational education and the relevant factors affecting students’ learning outcomes are analysed,and it is concluded that the action-oriented education model can be applied to the teaching of secondary vocational education courses;then,with reference to the complete "action Then,with reference to the complete "action" process link,an action-oriented teaching model applicable to the course "Marketing Fundamentals" is designed on the basis of the existing research on action-oriented teaching models.Finally,the effect of the action-oriented teaching model was tested by combining students’ test scores,questionnaires and interview analyses with students’ e-commerce majors in the Department of Economics and Trade of a vocational and technical school in Liuzhou,Guangxi,in the class of 2021 as the research object.Practice shows that the adoption of action-oriented teaching mode in the middle-level "Marketing Fundamentals" course is effective.For teachers,it can improve the level of their teaching ability;for middle-level students,it can improve their professional,methodological and social abilities in marketing,and also enhance their learning enthusiasm and their awareness of independent and cooperative learning. |
