The report of the Party’s 20th National Congress emphasized the integration of general and vocational education,integration of industry and education,and integration of science and education,so as to promote the cultivation of high-quality craftsmens for China.With the deepening of the national "three education reform" and the coordination of "three education",the reform of "three education" in vocational education has more diversified teaching subjects,more distinctive teaching methods and textbooks,to aim at fully cultivating high-quality,highly skilled and highly adaptable professional talents from inside and outside the school.The National Vocational Education Conference also advocated the comprehensive education vision of "job course competition certificate",integrating "job","course","competition" and "certificate".Under the guidance of national vocational education development orientation,national three education reform and comprehensive education mechanism,this dissertation studied the changes of students’ comprehensive vocational ability in secondary vocational school X,to apply and promote appropriate action-oriented teaching methods.The action-oriented teaching methods aim at vocational situation,take students’ independent planning,implementation and evaluation,and teacher-student cooperation as teaching approaches,cultivate with professional ability,social ability,methodical ability and individual ability.Under the guidance of the theory of multiple intelligences,with the theory of socialization and the theory of action experience,this dissertation studied the current situation of teaching in "Network Marketing" in the 21 st autumn e-commerce class of School X by means of questionnaire survey and interview,and found out that students like practical teaching content,activity teaching process,teacher-student cooperation and multiple teaching evaluation.In the example of "Network Video Marketing" course of "Network Marketing",this dissertation tried to closely combine employment guidance elements such as network anchors,to use action-oriented teaching methods such as case teaching method of "typical works",group cooperation learning method of "division of discussion",role-playing teaching method of "Internet celebrity interpretation",and studied multiple teaching evaluation with observation method.Finally,comparative research method was used to study students’ comprehensive vocational ability.After a semester of teaching practice,the final comprehensive vocational ability evaluation of students was carried out.The results showed that the action-oriented teaching method is suitable for "Network Marketing" course in secondary vocational schools,which can improve students’ learning attitude,perfect students’ learning methods,improve students’ learning efficiency,and form effective teaching actions of students.The actionoriented teaching method had been written into the teaching guidance program of the ecommerce major in Guangdong secondary vocational schools.This dissertation hopes to provide some reference ideas for the teaching practice of e-commerce courses in secondary vocational schools.
