After the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,China has attached great importance to the rule of law education for young people,and departments at all levels have paid close attention to the cultivation of young people ’s concept of rule of law.Morality and rule of law course in junior high school is a moral education course with ideological,humanistic,comprehensive and practical characteristics.Its important function is to guide students to form a correct world outlook,outlook on life and values.Under the guidance of the basic strategy of governing the country according to law,it has become an important task of the discipline of morality and rule of law to enhance the concept of the rule of law of young people and make them qualified citizens who respect,know,abide by and use the law.This thesis focuses on the theme of cultivating students ’ concept of rule of law in junior high school moral and rule of law courses.In addition to the introduction and conclusion,this thesis is divided into four parts :The first part is an overview of the cultivation of students ’ concept of rule of law in junior high school morality and rule of law.First of all,clarify the core concepts to be studied in this thesis : the concept of the rule of law and the connotation of the cultivation of the concept of the rule of law in the moral and rule of law course in junior high school,which can clearly grasp the theme and hierarchical structure of the article.Secondly,it discusses the important value of cultivating students ’ concept of rule of law in junior middle school moral and rule of law course from three aspects : improving the level of rule of law literacy of junior middle school students,implementing core literacy and building a country ruled by law.The second part is the current situation of the cultivation of students ’ concept of rule of law in junior middle school morality and rule of law.Through student questionnaires and teacher interviews,it can be seen that the legal literacy of junior high school students has been improved,and more and more teachers attach importance to the cultivation of students ’ concept of rule of law.However,due to the need to improve the quality of teachers ’ rule of law,the imperfect teaching evaluation mechanism,and the lack of joint force of rule of law education,there are some problems in the cultivation process,such as inadequate implementation of teaching objectives,single teaching methods,insufficient excavation of teaching content,insufficient practice of students ’ concept of rule of law and low interest in learning.The third part is the strategy of cultivating students ’ concept of rule of law in junior high school morality and rule of law.First,improve teachers ’ legal education literacy.Second,attach importance to the goal of cultivating the concept of rule of law.Third,enrich the content of the concept of rule of law.Fourth,innovate the way of cultivating the concept of rule of law.Fifth,improve the teaching evaluation mechanism.Sixth,build a joint force of home-school-society collaborative education.The fourth part is the teaching example of cultivating students ’ concept of rule of law in junior middle school morality and rule of law.Taking the eighth grade of junior high school morality and rule of law as an example,to illustrate the practical research of cultivating students ’concept of rule of law.
