| Since the 21 st century,our higher vocational college student financial aid has developed quite well.The existing financial aid methods include scholarships,grants,student loans,remission,subsidies,green channel for students in need and so on.National and local universities are actively carrying out various forms of financial assistance activities,basically solving the problem that students from poor families lose the opportunity to go to school due to financial difficulties.However,students from poor families not only have economic difficulties,but also psychological and moral quality problems.These problems are becoming more and more complex and changeable with the change of The Times.The traditional funding concept and funding model can no longer meet the needs of students from poor families in higher vocational colleges.In 2015,the Ministry of Education put forward the concept of precise financial aid.Therefore,how to make financial aid accurate to individuals,how to achieve effective financial aid and education,and how to help students with real difficulties are the key issues that need to be considered in the current and future financial aid work for students from poor families in higher vocational colleges.This paper adopts the method of literature research,interview and questionnaire survey,through the investigation of students from poor families and teachers of financial aid work in four higher vocational colleges in Guangxi,It is found that the proportion of financial aid is unbalanced,the scholarship is poor,the job satisfaction of work-study is poor,the identification standard of students from poor families is not strong operability,the identification result is not accurate,the financial aid staff’s professional quality needs to be improved,some students from poor families are not strong sense of social responsibility and the spirit of self-reliance is weak,the psychological condition of students from poor families is not enough attention.The author analyzes the causes of the existing problems,and based on the human capital theory,cost sharing theory,educational equity theory,Some suggestions are put forward,such as increasing the proportion of financial aid,strengthening the role of scholarship,effectively managing work-study,establishing an operable index system for identifying students from poor families,realizing the informatization of financial aid system,improving the technical ability and operational ability of financial aid staff,focusing on shaping the personality of students from poor families,and strengthening the cultivation of comprehensive ability of students from poor families.This study provides systematic ideas and methods for strengthening the targeted funding for students from poor families in higher vocational colleges in minority areas after targeted poverty alleviation in the new era,and has strong practical value for promoting the in-depth development of targeted funding. |
