A Study Of Problem And Countermeasure In Funding Mechanism Construction Of Higher Vocational Schools

In the reform and development of Higher Vocational Colleges in China.In the process of poor students as a special group which has unique characteristics of its education and development,should be subject to the same state,social concern and attention.Funding is the national training of various useful talents and establish student mechanism.To help students with financial difficulties is not only related to the reform and development of higher education career.And are better able to achieve educational fairness,optimal allocation of educational resources,conducive to social stability.We learned in Higher Vocational Colleges to implement basic national subsidy policy through investigating the current situation of construction of education system in Higher Vocational Colleges funded.As well as the establishment of specialized student financial management center,funding to carry out work and pay attention to the poor students.The supervision and examination.Present situation of taking Guangdong Communications Polytechnic for example in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country at the present stage of the student aid and education.That aid system in higher vocational colleges construction funding policy implementation is not in place,poor students that the mechanism is not perfect,supported by setting unreasonable problems.Reasons for the existing problems were analyzed.Due to the national subsidy policy propaganda the school is not enough,financing mechanism is not perfect,the students do not actively seeking psychological help.To solve the above problems.This paper proposes three ways to solve the financing mechanism in higher vocational colleges.The construction ways are: improve the mechanism for government funding and promote the participation of the whole society in the support of poor students.Establish and improve the funding mechanism for vocational schools.Another way,we should pay attention to the poor students' psychology and sets up the realization of the establishment of the higher vocational college funding mechanism.
