Study On The Financial Aid Management For The Poor Students Of GDPIC

In order to promote the education equity,reach the goal of "not letting a student out of school because of financial difficulties of his family" and solve the issue of school attendance for students with financial difficulties,many relevant aid policies and methods have been introduced at the national level in recent years.The established student aid policy system is able to cover the entire educational process from the kindergarten to the post-graduate education.The system featuring "prizes,aids,loans,work-study programs,subsidies,and reductions" has been formed in the management of financial aids for the poor students in colleges and universities,with intensifying aid efforts.However,in practices,problems have also been emerging.As the main body of financial aid activities for the students with financial difficulties in their families,the colleges and universities are faced with theoretical and practical problems,such as how to manage financial aid resources,how to implement financial aid activities,how to use these activities to promote students' overall development,and others.In order to effectively solve the problems for the poor students,promote education equity,maintain social harmony and stability,it is necessary to further study the financial aid management for the poor students to make it more scientific and reasonable.In this paper,the author mainly studies the current situations and existing problems of the financial aid management for the poor students in Guangdong College of Industry and Commerce.It finds out the situations through the questionnaire and according to the specific problems arising in actual aiding works.It considers the optimized solutions from different perspectives,to standardize every link of the aid activities and promote the education equity.This paper mainly deals with the problems of imperfect financial aid system for the poor students,unreasonable identification mechanism for the poor students,the imperfect operating mechanism of student loans,the negligence on the poor students' mental health in the management,and so on.In order to better play the role of financial aids and help the poor students grow up and become talents,it puts forward optimized solutions on the basis of the existing financial aid management.It needs to further improve the financial aid for the poor students in colleges and universities;optimize the identification mechanism in finding out students with family economic difficulties;improve the operating mechanism of student loans;attach importance to the mental health of the poor students,and so on.It needs to continuously enhance the researches on the aiding system so that the financial aid for poor students can be more scientific and standardized to practically solve the problems for the poor students.
