| As an important part of China’s higher education,higher vocational education shoulders the mission of cultivating talents for the national economic and social development.The state and local governments have also continuously increased their support for higher vocational education.In recent years,the number of Private Higher Vocational Colleges and the number of students have increased significantly,and they have become an important force to accelerate the development of vocational education and expand the scale of vocational education.At the same time,the number of students in private higher vocational colleges is rising,and the proportion of poor students is also expanding.Although the state has formulated a relatively perfect funding system for poor students,it is mainly based on public colleges and universities,which is not entirely suitable for private colleges and universities.The financial aid for poor students is a key problem faced by private higher vocational colleges in the process of development,and has been widely concerned by the state and the whole society.This paper takes Sichuan h College as an example,analyzes its influencing factors from the perspective of student satisfaction,investigates and studies the financial aid for poor students and its causes,and explores effective countermeasures to solve the financial aid problem for poor students.It has certain theoretical value and strong practical significance.Based on the cost sharing theory,the education equity theory and the Expectation Confirmation Theory,this paper constructs a satisfaction index system and designs a questionnaire for poor students of Sichuan h college through literature research at home and abroad,combined with the current situation of Sichuan h college.The questionnaire is divided into four parts: one is the basic information and family situation of poor students,the other is the cognition of the current situation of financial aid for poor students,the third is the satisfaction of financial aid services for poor students,and the fourth is the suggestions for improvement of financial aid services.At the same time,leaders,counselors,principals of funding centers and poor students of H college were selected for field interviews to further analyze the problems and causes of funding for poor students of H college in Sichuan.Based on the results of the questionnaire and interview,the author summarizes the problems in the aid for poor students in Sichuan H University from four dimensions:first,the identification mechanism of poor students is not perfect;Second,the funding policy is not accurate enough;Third,the funding work is not deep enough;Fourth,organizational construction lacks guarantee.Combining with the current situation of H college,this paper analyzes the causes and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from the three levels of government,society and school: first,improve the identification mechanism of poor students,implement dynamic tracking management of poor students and establish a funding accountability mechanism;Second,the subsidy policy for poor students should be refined,the state and society should be coordinated,and work study posts should be increased;The third is to integrate financial aid with educational work,establish mental health files for poor students,enrich educational forms,and strengthen educational effects;Fourth,the organization building is accurate,and the selection,recruitment and training of funding management personnel are strengthened,with accurate assessment and comprehensive supervision. |
