Homework is an important tool for teachers to accurately analyze learning conditions and improve teaching.In the context of "double reduction",the construction of the evaluation index system and model of homework design for new junior high school mathematics not only provides quantitative evaluation criteria for the quality of homework design,but also provides some reference for the design of homework for new junior high school mathematics.The core questions of the research are:(1)What is a reasonable evaluation index system for the design of new junior high school mathematics homework?(2)What is the evaluation model for the design of new mathematics homework based on the evaluation index system in the study?In order to design the evaluation index system and model of homework design for new junior high school mathematics lessons,the research firstly used the literature analysis method to sort out the existing relevant studies,on which the initial evaluation index system was constructed;after that,the common elements of the excellent mathematics homework samples were analyzed with the help of Nvivo 11 software to assist in verifying the rationality of the evaluation index system;secondly,the Delphi method was used to solicit the opinions of experts in the field of mathematics education Secondly,the evaluation index system was further modified by using the Delphi method to solicit opinions from experts in the field of mathematics education;again,experts were asked to judge the relative importance of the two indicators by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the weights of the evaluation indicators were calculated based on the expert judgment data,and then the evaluation model was determined;finally,the evaluation index system and the model for the design of new homework in junior high school mathematics were implemented and tested to verify their validity and reliability.Research conclusions:(1)"The Evaluation Index System of Homework Design for New Junior High School Mathematics Lessons" covers two levels,and the first-level dimension contains three indicators,which are policy requirements,teaching contents and attainment evaluation.There are three secondary indicators under each indicator in the primary dimension:policy requirement(homework time,homework difficulty,homework format),teaching content(knowledge scope,problem situation,questioning level),and standard achievement evaluation(knowledge skills,thinking methods,and core Literacy),and nine secondary indicators together constitute the secondary dimension.The evaluation index system was tested for reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the level of homework design for new junior high school mathematics lessons.(2)The research used AHP to determine the weight coefficients of indicators at all levels of "The Evaluation Index System of Homework Design for New Junior High School Mathematics Lessons",and obtained the mathematical model of the evaluation index system using the linear weighted synthesis method:S=0.093T1+0.161T2+0.104T3+0.119T4+0.099T5+0.107T6+0.07T7+0.106T8+0.141T9Where "S" denotes the total score of homework design for new junior high school mathematics lessons,"Ti" denotes the score obtained from each level 2 index of this homework design,and the number before Ti denotes the weight of the corresponding level 2 index.The homework design suggestions for new junior high school mathematics lessons are:take the national homework management policy as the guide,strictly control the homework time and reduce students' homework burden;base on students' differences and regulate the homework difficulty;enrich the homework form and promote students' overall development;pay attention to the knowledge connection and improve students' knowledge system;pay attention to the problem situation and improve the homework quality;closely follow the teaching objectives and enrich the questioning level;design homework in different levels and strengthen the knowledge and skills;design typical problems and penetrate the ideas and methods;cultivate key abilities and focus on homework education.
