Implementing the fundamental task of moral education is the "top priority" of China’s education cause,the key to cultivating socialist successors and builders with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physical education,beauty and labor,and the essential requirement of realizing high-quality education and building a powerful country in education.In order to carry out the basic task of moral education,Our country puts forward the comprehensive deepening of curriculum reform,which indirectly promotes the change of classroom teaching.Classroom teaching has been developing in a positive direction,but homework,an important part of classroom teaching,has always been ignored,resulting in many problems.In view of the problems existing in homework,China’s relevant education departments have issued a number of policies,which emphasize that homework should not only "reduce the burden",but also "increase the efficiency".So,in this context,what is the quality of the current design of biological operations? What are the problems? How did the problem arise? And how to solve these problems? What is a high quality biological operation? How to evaluate the design quality of biological operation? These problems need to be solved.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research on the current situation of biological job design,and it is necessary to build the evaluation index system of biological job design.In this study,the core concepts of biological operation,biological operation design,evaluation of biological operation design and evaluation index system of biological operation design were defined on the basis of reading domestic and foreign literature.Drawing on the interview outline of relevant literature and combining with the content of this study,an Interview Outline of the Current Situation of Biological Homework Design was compiled.Teachers and students of Y Middle School in X City were taken as interview objects to understand the current situation of biological homework design.According to the analysis of the interview results,there are still some problems in the design of biological homework,such as "alienation of homework function","excessive number of homework","simple homework level","single homework type" and "perfunctory homework feedback".Further analysis shows that the main reasons for these problems are teachers’ low attention to homework design and lack of evaluation index system of biological homework design.Therefore,we should start from these two aspects to improve the design quality of biological operation.After reviewing relevant literatures at home and abroad,this study preliminarily drew up evaluation indexes of biological operation design,and then interviewed experts in related fields for fuzzy and uncertain evaluation indexes,and modified them according to experts’ opinions.Then,the questionnaire survey method was used to collect the ranking data of the importance of the indicators from the front-line biology teachers.Combined with the statistical analysis method,the weight coefficient of each indicator was calculated,and finally the evaluation Index System of Biological Operation Design was constructed.Evaluators to easy to use,this study further build the biological evaluation questionnaire of job design,teachers on the basis of scale scores of each index,multiplied by the corresponding weight coefficient,the actual score of each index,the actual scores and total score value,and then combined with the "rating",the design of homework quality grading,In this way,we can intuitively understand the level of design quality of biological operations.Finally,from the perspective of improving the design quality of biological operation,this paper puts forward several enlightenments: First,the preparation of operation should be from "random and blind" to "elaborate design".The design of homework objectives should be closely related to curriculum objectives and students’ reality.The design of homework content should be from random to scientific,from unified to stratified,from repeated to typical,from split to comprehensive,from theory to application;The design of homework forms adhere to the concept of "Simultaneous development of five kinds of education",from a single to diverse.Secondly,homework should be arranged from "excessive" to "appropriate",so as to rationalize the duration and frequency of homework.Finally,homework feedback should shift from "perfunctory" to "timely and effective".Teachers should correct homework timely,evaluate homework concretely and reflect on homework from time to time.
