| In recent years,burnout has become a common problem in the modern service industry,which has attracted more and more attention from the academic community.As the core of the medical and health industry,doctors have high-intensity and high-risk occupational specialities.Doctors often have high-intensity,long-term work standby,no stable schedule,very tired body,and lack of effective self-regulation methods.In a long time,the psychology,emotions,and behaviors gradually become negative and exhausted,which is a high-risk group that produces burnout.With the deepening of the marketization of the economy,the reform of the medical and health system is also constantly advancing.In this process,the workload and work pressure of doctors continue to increase,further increasing the possibility of doctors producing burnout.Burnout not only threatens the healthy development of doctors' physical and mental health,but also affects service attitude and medical quality,brings tension between doctors and patients,and hinders the steady development of medical care.Therefore,improving doctors' job burnout is imminent.This article is a practical exploration of rational emotional therapy in improving doctors' job burnout.The full text contains the following four parts.The first part is an introduction,including the presentation of the problem,the significance of the research,the related literature review,and the definition of the core concepts and research design.The second part is the choice of the client and the diagnosis of burnout phenomenon,including the definition of outstanding problems and the feasibility analysis of intervention,and the preliminary collection of data system to analyze the current emotional behavior of the case.The third part is the case study process of this study,which involves the establishment of the professional relationship to the final case,guided by the rational emotional treatment model,using the core theory and systematic skills to carry out the service and correct the unreasonable view of the client on the work.Change their way of thinking about imperfections and absolutes,and help them build rational beliefs to alleviate their burnout.The fourth part is a strategic reflection to prevent and alleviate the problem of doctor burnout,and to help doctors get out of the dilemma by combining them at the individual and organizational levels.Through this case service,the author found that clinicians work under stress for a long time.They lack effective physical and mental adjustment methods,and there are emotional and physiological needs.Rational emotional therapy is not limited to getting out of the case when relieving the sense of job burnout for individual subjects.Emotional dilemma also includes changes in the perception of the client,with a fundamental service effect. |
