From The Perspective Of Rational Emotion Therapy Case Social Work Involves The Anxiety And Psychological Alleviation Of The Elderly With Cancer

In this study,with the theme of helping the elderly with cancer to improve the quality of life,we tried to analyze the practical exploration and experience reflection of individual social work forces in helping the elderly with cancer to relieve anxiety and improve the quality of life.The study evaluates the needs of the service objects by combining the anxiety and psychological performance of the service objects,namely emotion and behavior performance,to identify the causes of anxiety and evaluate the needs of the service objects.After understanding and confirmation,the patient was not only affected by the obvious weakness of the physical function,but also affected by the personal family concept and experience,which eventually led to anxiety,and the family relationship closely associated with the service object was affected.After further communication,I gradually helped the client to clarify the two needs of alleviating,overcoming anxiety and restoring family relationship.According to the needs of the client,combined with the actual situation of the client,the research process applies and runs through the rational emotional therapy.While paying attention to the individual cognitive change of the service object,the social support network theory is integrated to mobilize the positive network resources of the service object.Paper determined guided by rational emotional therapy,case work method intervention work plan,after six stages case service implementation and mobilize the social support network,service object anxiety effectively alleviate,self practical,actively to master the ability to overcome anxiety,the change of social support network make service object has more positive positive emotions.Through this practice,can see the rational emotion therapy mode of case work method,to alleviate the elderly anxiety has a positive effect,but in the process of practice,also reflect on the lack of social work professional ability,deal with the Lord rejection and fear and lack of experience,is the next social workers around comprehensive professional ability to supplement and improve the two aspects.
