In the past decade,a kind of anxiety called Chinese parents anxiety arises in the society.This phenomenon of Chinese parents anxiety has become a common social bad phenomenon,which is widely exists in families of different classes,and should attract wider attention and attention from the whole society.In this study,a mother of junior high school students with anxiety was used with rational emotional therapy(2 months and 15 interviews and activities in daily life).Make the owner realize that their own anxiety is caused by irrational beliefs,and assist the owner to establish a scientific rational belief system,so as to relieve the anxiety of the owner,promote the construction of a good communication and interaction mode between the owner and family members,and create a harmonious family environment for their children.The study found that parents’ anxiety is mainly caused by the unbalanced allocation of educational resources,conceptual conflicts among family members,and excessive educational expectations.By using the rational emotional treatment mode of imagination,reflect,and irrational belief debate,rational homework technology,changed the owner’s irrational beliefs,such as owner too high education expectations to change,reduce the conflict between owner and family members,the communication between the husband and wife subsystem and parent-child subsystem is not stiff.Therefore,the goal of this intervention work has been achieved.This study believes that the rational emotion treatment mode takes parents as the basic treatment unit,and the unreasonable beliefs of parents themselves lead to the generation of anxiety,which can relieve anxiety through rational emotion therapy.The interventional service of rational emotion therapy can achieve results on the anxiety caused by irrational factors.
