Ideological and political course(hereinafter referred to as “ideological and political course”)is a public compulsory course in the high school learning stage.In the teaching process,teachers’ classroom teaching ability plays a vital role in the teaching effect.High school education teachers ’classroom teaching ability,is conducive to enhance students’ learning sense,the students ’ideological and moral guidance,and conducive to the teachers’ professional growth and development,is conducive to the new era of high school education course teaching further development,so as to better play to the important value of education course khalid ents.This article stands on the historical background of the new era,on the basis of the existing academic achievements,through literature research,questionnaire survey,from the classroom teaching ability and its causes,the basic path level of high school education teachers classroom teaching ability has carried on the more in-depth and systematic exploration and research.The paper is divided into the following four parts:The introduction part mainly starts from the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important speech on the responsibility of ideological and political teachers,discusses the theoretical and practical significance of improving the classroom teaching ability of high school ideological and political teachers,and systematically sorts out and analyzes the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad.In The first chapter,the connotation and basic composition of teachers’ classroom teaching ability are defined and expounded.On this basis,the paper further discusses the classroom teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in the new era,and the significance of improving ideological and political teachers’ classroom teaching ability is explained.The second chapter dialectically analyzes the basic situation of classroom teaching ability of ideological and political teachers in the new era from the dimensions of classroom teaching concept,classroom comprehensive practical ability and modern information application ability,and further discusses the internal motivation and external factors restricting the improvement of ideological and political teachers in the new era.The third chapter mainly discusses the basic path of improving the classroom teaching ability of ideological and political high school teachers in the new era from the two levels of teachers,schools and education authorities.At teacher level,we should further establish professional spirit,consolidate professional knowledge and learn information technology;at schools and education authorities,we should create multiple platforms for improving classroom teaching ability by establishing and improving teacher incentive evaluation mechanism and teacher training mechanism.
