The teaching and research ability of teachers is directly related to the quality of education.In the 1960 s,after Sternhouse put forward the idea of "teacher becomes a researcher",China also conducted a lot of research on "teacher becomes a researcher",but in terms of current research,academic circles pay more attention to academic research teachers What abilities should be possessed,what are the factors restricting teachers to become academic research teachers and how to become academic research teachers,less attention is paid to teachers' teaching research ability,especially high school ideological and political teachers.Although some teachers have made some achievements in carrying out teaching research,the overall teaching and research abilities of teachers in ideological and political classes in high schools are inadequate and need to be improved urgently.Therefore,in this paper,the improvement of the teaching and research ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools is selected as the research topic.The thesis mainly adopts qualitative research methods and literature research methods,and uses a combination of theory and practice to both theoretically clarify the relevant theories of cultivating teachers' teaching and research abilities and add their own practical experience to write.The thesis mainly studies the cultivation of teaching and research ability of high school ideological and political teachers from the following four aspects.The first part analyzes the main contents of teachers' teaching research ability by collating the collected documents,including the theoretical basis of the teaching research ability of high school ideological and political teachers,the concept of teaching research and teaching research ability,the concept of high school ideological and political teachers The composition and characteristics of teaching research ability summarizes the importance of cultivating the teaching research ability of high school ideological and political teachers.In the second part,the author conducts interviews with the team leader and teachers of the ideological and political lesson preparation in their high school during the education internship.Based on this,the author analyzes the current situation of the teaching and research ability of the ideological and political lesson teachers in the high school,from teachers,schools and education authorities Three aspects discuss the factors restricting the improvement of the teaching and research ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in high schools.The third part proposes suggestions for improving the teaching and research ability of teachers in ideological and political courses in high schools from three aspects: teachers themselves,schools,and education authorities.The fourth part uses the qualitative research method to record the progress of the researcher "I" from almost no teachingand research ability to a certain teaching and research ability.The process of change and detailed experience,based on its own reality,draws research conclusions,with a view to providing materials and reference for the improvement of the teaching and research ability of high school ideological and political teachers.Through research,the author believes that the key to improving the teaching and research ability of high school ideological and political teachers lies in the teachers themselves.Teachers should strengthen their research consciousness and actively carry out teaching research.Teachers should also learn relevant theoretical knowledge,broaden their horizons,be brave to try,listen to others' opinions and suggestions with an open mind,and improve their teaching and research capabilities through self-reflection.At the same time,schools should create a teaching and research atmosphere,establish a scientific assessment mechanism,and encourage teachers to conduct teaching and research;education authorities should pay attention to teacher training,improve the teacher training system,and create conditions for the improvement of teachers' teaching and research capabilities.
