With the smooth convening of the CPC National Congress,the whole Communist Party of China and the people of all ethnic groups in China have entered a new journey of building a modern socialist country in all respects and have begun to move towards the second centenary goal.In order to hold high the great banner of socialism with Chinese characteristics and fully implement the Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era,we must vigorously develop China’s education cause,strengthen our ideals and beliefs,and train new people of The Times.The promulgation of the Ideological and Political Curriculum Standards for Ordinary High Schools(2017edition 2020 Revision)has pointed out the direction for the development of ideological and political education in high schools in China.The middle school stage of teenagers is an important period in the growth process,and also the "jointing and heading period" of teenagers.In order to make middle school students have the social development and lifelong development required quality and ability,need high school education course teachers to improve the quality and level of classroom teaching design,optimize and improve the teaching design,promote the classroom teaching goal,content,method,media,evaluation,by improving their teaching design ability to improve the quality of classroom teaching.At the theoretical level,the current domestic research on the improvement of ideological and political courses has made some achievements,and the improvement of teachers’ teaching design level can better implement the educational concept of the new curriculum standard.At the level of practical teaching,teachers of ideological and political courses in high school integrate the requirements of cultivating students’ core qualities into the classroom teaching design,which greatly improves the teaching quality of ideological and political courses and promotes the development of ideological and political education in middle schools in China.Therefore,the research on the high school ideological and political course teachers to improve the teaching design ability is of great theoretical significance and practical value.Based on the perspective of the core quality of ideological and political subjects,this paper mainly focuses on the central problem of "improving the teaching design ability of ideological and political course teachers in senior high school".The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the background of the topic,research significance,research ideas and methods.The second part for the theory overview,first of all,the ideological and political discipline core literacy,teaching design and teaching design ability of connotation and value,the second analyzes the importance of high school education teachers teaching design ability,finally the cognitive learning theory,constructivism learning theory and education communication theory as the theoretical foundation of this paper.The third part is the analysis of the current situation and problems.As one of the ideological and political textbooks in senior high school,the unified edition of Socialism with Chinese Characteristics is closely related to the teaching design studied in this paper.Its target design,content formulation,method selection,teaching material use and evaluation feedback are all in line with the requirements and characteristics of the core quality of the discipline.Therefore,this paper takes "Socialism with Chinese Characteristics" as an example to investigate how to improve teachers’ teaching design ability.Through the questionnaire survey,the current situation of the teaching design ability of ideological and political course teachers in high school is analyzed,so as to find some problems in the process of ideological and political classroom teaching design.The fourth part is divided into countermeasures to improve the teaching design ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in high school.It analyzes the specific problems existing in teachers’ teaching design,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures,so as to provide reference value for improving the teaching design ability of teachers of ideological and political courses in high school.
