Labor education is an important content of our school education,intended to achieve the ultimate goal of promoting individual all-round development through the interaction between education and labor.Entering the new era,the Central Committee of the CPC has repeatedly emphasized that labor education should pay attention to the guidance of values and concepts,and should be gradual and consistent.In the stage of higher education,labor education should focus on guiding students to understand labor,deeply understand and grasp the deep connotation and value of labor,and establish scientific labor values to guide the direction of life.As an important link of education system,labor education plays an irreplaceable important role in the all-round development of young students.As an important part of higher education in our country,higher vocational education is shouldering the glorious mission of cultivating talents of high quality and technical skills,and we must attach more importance to carrying out labor education,especially labor values education,to help students establish the correct labor concepts,practice the lofty value pursuit,and promote equal emphasis on moral and technical development.However,at present,due to the spread of bad culture,the imperfect relevant mechanism and individual attention degree is not enough,there is still a lot of room for improvement in higher vocational colleges to carry out labor values education.In view of the above phenomena,with the new era as the background,vocational students’ labor values education as the main research object,with the elaboration of core concepts as the starting point,on the basi s of a brief review of relevant theories,through online questionnaires,some vocational colleges in Jiangsu Province are investigated to analyze the problem and explore the path.In order to perfect and improve the vocational colleges in labor values education related work suggestions.Through the analysis of the questionnaire survey results,it can be found that the education of labor values of students in vocational colleges has achieved some positive results,such as the cognition of teachers and students is basically correct,the school actively carries out relevant work and tries to expand the faculty and site resources,etc.However,some problems are also exposed,such as students’ cognition of labor and value choice need to be further strengthened,and schools need to continuously improve the quality of teacher team construction and teaching ability,relevant curriculum implementation and labor practice,and educational evaluation mechanism.Through the analysis of these deficiencies,they can be attributed to the common influence of many factors,such as higher vocational colleges,society,family and peer group.On this basis,the paper summarizes and puts forward the concrete path to strengthen the education of labor values of higher vocational students in the new era,that is,on the basis of following the basic principles,in the active construction and improvement of the construction of curriculum system,constantly improve the support and security ability and gradually integrate all educational forces,so as to form a strong force to guide higher vocational students to establish correct labor values. |
