| Employment is the greatest livelihood,and achieving more full and high-quality employment is the internal requirement of building a socialist modern country in an allround way.At present,our country is facing severe economic downward pressure and complex and diverse social contradictions.Employment has become one of the outstanding issues affecting sustainability,Accelerating the development of a highquality workforce is an important task of current development,as well as an important task of accelerating economic restructuring.Achieving high quality development is a strong guarantee.Over the past ten years,Enabling,whether hackers,games on the Internet have access to computers and updates such as availability,data has been incorporated into the existing production system as a key element,and the digital economy,which is supported by digital technology,.can give full play to its comparative advantages and continue helping to optimise and modernise China’s High quality industrial structure and economic development.China’s digital economy has developed extensively,bringing with it many emerging industries,a large number of job opportunities,and changes in the structure of employment.It is therefore of considerable practical importance to focus on the driving role of digital economy development in raising the level of job quality.For example,has the development of the digital economy really improved China’s employment level?One of the most important issues facing Today’s China is whether we can seize the new opportunities arising from the development of the digital economy and accelerate the improvement of China’s employment quality.In this article,we have created a system of indicators focusing on the development of the digital economy and the level of quality of work.Based on the theory of analysing the impact of paper analyzes the impact of digital economy on employment quality.To analyze the overall impact,we built a set of data models using the 2013-2020 Characteristics,spatial impact of the digital economy on quality of employment.It measures the level of development and employment quality of China’s digital economy.The aim of this work is analysis.The impact of the digital economy on the quality of employment.Identify appropriate spatial factors to take into account the impact of digital economic development on quality of employment.In this paper,we analyze the impact of the overall level of development of the digital economy on the quality of employment as well as the impact on the results of internships and counselling.Based on this,this paper,on the basis of theoretical analysis,combined with previous studies,shows that the development of digital economy has the same impact on employment quality and research status.Continue to accumulate experience at home and abroad.From a historical point of view,data from different periods show the great influence of the digital economy on the quality of employment and changes in the labor market.The combination of theory and imperial analysis to explore the employment effect mechanism of the digital economy is crucial for the landmark improvement of China’s employment quality.The results show that:(1)The development of digital economy has a significant positive impact on the quality of employment,but its degree of impact has significant regional heterogeneity.Among them,the digital economy in the western region has the greatest impact on the quality of employment,followed by the central region and the eastern region.(2)In the process of testing the impact of digital economy on employment quality,the introduction of spatial model has obvious spatial spillover effect,that is,the development level of digital economy has a significant positive promotion effect on the employment quality of the region,and has a siphon effect on the development of surrounding areas.(3)From the perspective of impact channel test,the digital economy not only directly promotes the improvement of employment quality,but also has a positive impact on employment quality by promoting the upgrading of industrial structure and improving labor productivity.(4)From the perspective of adjustment effect test,with the enhancement of industrial structure upgrading,the impact of digital economy on employment quality is weakened,while with the improvement of labor productivity,the impact of digital economy on employment quality is enhanced.Therefore,in order to improve the development level of employment quality in China,this paper puts forward relevant policy recommendations based on the role mechanism and impact path of digital economy on employment quality. |
